Any time speed increases, accuracy becomes more critical. Bobst designed the Centerline System to achieve maximum stripping accuracy at today s higher press speeds. EasiBlank Blanking System - the cost-effective blanking system! Wood Mounting Brackets and Joggers - these verstatile components are easy to use and can be re-used making the EasiBlank system even more economical! EasiBlank is the economical and versatile blanking solution! The Diemaker s Blanker! EasiBlank - centering brackets make press alignment easy. EasiBlank Frame Kits - include bars pre-cut for each press, drilled and tapped for centering bracket, and comes with sliding nut and bolts and brackets for easy assembly. The EasiBlank blanking system from Wagner is a lowcost, easy to use alternative for diemakers looking for a versatile and reliable way to build blankers. First of all, EasiBlank components cost considerably less than other components currently on the market. Cimex has a blanker program for EasiBlank allowing for quick file production for the blanker. A stand-alone blanker module is also available for those not using Cimex. Frame kits come with bars pre-cut to length for each press, drilled and tapped for the centerline bracket, and a scribed centerline. Kits also include 4 corner brackets and 4 bar to frame brackets. These hold the bracket together and in the press. Plus, a sliding nut system allows for easy assembly without the need for welding or drilling! After assembly, adjustments can be made easily. The kit s centering bracket makes centering the assembled blanker on the press a snap! The EasyBlank top board is attached to the frame that uses the same sliding nut system. To square the tool, simply align the front and rear centerlines on the frame with the centerlines on the top board and tighten down. Add joggers to the sides, front and rear or available grid to bar brackets, and the female is complete - except for minor sanding of the lead edge to ensure smooth sheet travel. Tape can also be added to for stacking common knife areas. Now you are ready to go - the EasiBlank way! 5
EasiBlank hangers for Henderson Storage System EasiBank - hangers allow completed blankers to be stored in Henderson Storage Systems for Bobst plates. Hanging brackets include thumb screws for easy and secure installation. Hangers come in sets of 2, one for the front and one for the rear of the blanker. Speed Bars - were designed to simplfy and make the process of building blankers less time consuming and more economical. Speed Bars are ready to go, right out of the box. No assembly, nor adjusting of height is needed. They attach to the male board with two screws - no special drilling needs to be programmed or done! Compatible with Bobst Quick Lock centerline system, for fast and accurate set-up on the press. Speed Bars are available in 4 sizes - 9, 13, 16 and 26 sizes. The height of the load to be stripped depends on the sheet size, total square inches to be stripped, caliper and type of stock, amount of nicking and quality of diecutting. Cartostrip - Waste Trim Stripper Cartostrip - is a hand held unit which enables the operator to strip waste trim from a stack of die-cut sheets easily and efficiently. It is available in two versions pneumatic or electric. Cartostrip is held two handed by the operator and is manually moved down the stack of sheets, from the top to the bottom. The result is a perfectly stripped stack of die-cut sheets! The unit, which weighs 11 lbs., is easy to handle and powerful. It will strip a wide range of die-cut products, ranging from heavy weight corrugated, through litho-laminated board, right down to the lightest grade of cartonboard. Cartostrip uses a toothed, rotating chain, which removes the outer trim from the stack of die-cut sheets at high speed. A protective cover across the top of the chain protects operator and the cut sheets during operation. Cartostrip is quiet too, running at less than 100dB. 7

Aluminum Stripper Aluminum Stripper - offers a quick and economical method of building male stripping boards. Can be used in conjunction with or in place of typical materials such as wood. This surface mounted product is available in four widths and is particularly useful where the integrity of the male board might be compromised by cutting too many kerfs. Aluminum Stripper is easily installed using the Air Tacker and Hardened Staples mentioned above. Available sizes: 1/16, 1/8, 3/16 and 1/4 in 1.375 high for use with 5/8 thick die board.
