Program: The ABCD is a collection of owners, designers and contractors that share a common interest Bridges. We as professionals sometimes find ourselves working in a vacuum caused by the walls that naturally occur between the segments of our industry. Our natural tendencies are to flock together with other professionals working in the same vacuum behind the same walls designers with designers, contractors with contractors, and owners with owners. When we have the occasional opportunity to climb those walls and experience the battleground each segment of our industry faces daily, we walk away with a better understanding and appreciation for each other s struggles and successes, finding enjoyment in the process of learning and experiencing. The intent of this program is to provide an opportunity for each segment in our industry to be taught by the others. The goal of this seminar is to walk each other through the process of bringing a project from the need/concept phase to the day before its groundbreaking. You will learn why others do what they do and what you may be able to do better to help your industry counterparts.
