Cynthia Axelrod - Assistant Professor of Practice, Finance Department, Fox School of Business Temple University Cindy Axelrod recently joined the Fox School of Business as an Assistant Professor in the Finance Department. Prior to joining Fox, Ms. Axelrod was a Senior Securities Analyst and Investment Professional with over 25 years experience in equity analysis and portfolio management. She has a successful track record of investing client assets utilizing value, growth, and GARP investment disciplines across all market capitalizations. Ms. Axelrod is accomplished in equity analysis, with a sharp focus on the ability to assess important and timely business trends as they relate to corporate balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Cindy is a results-oriented professional who has consistently demonstrated an expertise in identifying critical business trends and catalysts and their impact on stock performance. Most recently, Ms. Axelrod was employed by Glenmede Trust Company as a Vice President, and covered the healthcare and consumer staples sectors of the S&P 500. During her 10-year tenure, she outperformed the S&P 500, developed diversification strategies for clients with concentrated investment positions, evaluated private investment opportunities that enabled effective and profitable analysis, and participated in new business development. Cindy currently heads up the Financial Planning major at the Fox School of Business for both undergrad and graduate programs, and teaches Specialized Master's of Science in Investment Management. She leads and instructs on the Owl Fund Seminar, a student managed investment fund, with approximately $250,000 of assets under management. She holds an M.B.A. and B.S. from Drexel University, specializing in Investment Management and Finance. Ms. Axelrod earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation in June, 2000.
Tracy L. She is a co-founder of the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia organization, where she serves as Co- President, and she is also a member of the investment committees for the Chester County Community Foundation and Women s Way. Tracy is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, and earned her MBA from St. Joseph's University. She is currently registered with FINRA, holds a Series 7, and has been awarded the CFA Investment Foundations Certificate. Tracy has over 20 years of investment experience and 13 years with TSW.
Alice G. Lindenauer, GPHR - Managing Director, Global Human Resources Hamilton Lane Alice Lindenauer leads Hamilton Lane's Global Human Resource function where she is responsible for the strategic workforce and employee life cycle functions. Alice began her career in the financial analysis and business management areas for two asset management firms. She shifted careers in 2001 when she when she created the workforce development function for SEI Investments. Previous to joining SEI in 1994, she was Director of Financial Analysis for Liberty Financial Services and Liberty Securities of Boston, a position she assumed in 1989 after holding the title of First Line Financial Manager for the Materials Management and Product Marketing Divisions of Bell Atlantic in Washington, DC. Alice actively promotes and advocates for quality early care and learning as a Commissioner, appointed by the Governor, on PA s Early Learning Investment Commssion, as a taskforce member of A Running Start, an initiative of Shared Prosperity Philadelphia from Philadelphia s Office of Community Empowerment, and a former board member of the Delaware Valley Child Care Council (DVCCC) and the Delaware Valley Association for the Education of Young Children. Alice Lindenauer is a graduate of the University of Delaware and received her M.B.A. from The George Washington University. A native of Brooklyn (NY), she resides in Lafayette Hill with her husband, two daughters, and a pair of Brittany Spaniels.
Tricia Rotella Quality Assurance Manager, Project Management Office, SEI Private Banking Tricia Rotella is a working mom with a passion for helping other women live to their full potential. She works hard to balance career, family and community while not losing her sense of self. Tricia serves as SEI s Private Banking Project Management Office Quality Assurance Manager and is responsible for evaluating all processes and training to ensure standardization and adherence. She is the President of the SEI Women s Network, authors a weekly blog about marriage, children and self worth and leads a monthly women s bible study. Throughout her 20 year career with SEI, Tricia has held a number of positions making many key contributions to the company s success. She began her SEI career as a fund accountant in the Mutual Fund Department before moving to Private Banking where she was a Service Professional. She spent 15 years in Private Banking working closely with top 20 US National Banks like Wells Fargo and JPMorgan on their trust business before becoming a Product Manager for a suite of web based products. In her current role she works closely with both clients and consultants to help them understand and utilize SEI s next generation wealth management solution, the SEI Wealth Platform. In addition to her day job, Tricia is very active in her community. Before becoming the President of the SEI Women s Network, she served as the Communication Chair, running all channels of communication. She also supported one of the program s largest annual events, Taste for Caring, a benefit to fight breast cancer and domestic violence. Tricia received a bachelors in Communication at West Chester University and currently resides in Audubon, PA with her husband, two daughters and American Bulldog, Ty Murray.
Sharon Hayman, CFA Head of Relationship Management, Jackson Square Partners, LLC, WIN Founder Sharon Hayman joined Jackson Square Partners (JSP) in January 2015 as head of relationship management. Prior to joining JSP, she was with Matthews International Capital Management from December 2012 to January 2015, where she was responsible for the firm s relationship management efforts. From 2006 to 2012, Hayman was head of financial institutions client services at Delaware Investments. From 1994 to 2000, she held various roles at Delaware Investments, beginning in the internal audit department and later in the fund product management area. From 2000 to 2006, she was with Gartmore Global Investments, where her product management experience included working with sub-advisory and offshore funds. Hayman earned an MBA in marketing and finance from Drexel University and a bachelor s degree in management from Gettysburg College.
