Meet the Professionals 4/MORGAN STANLEY SMITH BARNEY Steven R. Miller, CIMA, CLTC Resident Manager Senior Vice President As a fully licensed investment professional since 1985, Steve s expertise lies in his ability to select and evaluate independent money mangers. Steve has earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA*) designation from the Investment Management Consultant Association. The CIMA* designation recognizes those wealth managers who have sought to attain a higher certification and training in the money management industry. Steve has earned the CLTC designation and AIF designation. The Certified in Long Term Care (CLTC) designation shows that Steve has demonstrated excellence in understanding long-term and extendedcare solutions. The Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation is conveyed upon those who have undertaken study and met examination requirements necessary to understand the role of the Fiduciary in today s world. In addition, Steve has served as a past co-chair of the Director s Advisory Group, which acts as a voice between the Senior Management of Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and the firm s Financial Advisors. Steve is firmly committed to long-term relationships and strives to deliver exceptional client service. He listens carefully to each individual s goals, values, aspirations and concerns. Based on this input, Steve then draws on the skill set of Heather D. Churchill, CFP, CRPS, CLTC Vice President Senior Investment Management Consultant Financial Planning Specialist Heather has focused her talents on the investment planning needs of our high net worth clients. She is responsible for designing and implementing financial plans that help our clients attain the lifestyle they aspire to. Heather is also highly involved with our corporate clients and their employees in choosing the most suitable retirement investments. Heather holds the Certified Financial Planner designation, which identifies those financial professionals that have committed themselves to a higher level of wealth planning advice, continuing education and ethical conduct. Heather has also earned two complementary designations; CLTC and AIF. The CLTC designation shows exemplary proficiency in Long Term Care and extended-needs planning and the AIF designation is awarded to advisors who have completed studies and have taken an exam to be an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. To assist with our corporate clients and their retirement plans, Heather has earned the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist designation. Heather is an Orlando native and attended the University of Central Florida for both her bachelors degree in Management and her MBA. Heather enjoys travel, general aviation and boating. Heather is married to S. Coert Voorhees and they have a daughter; Kalina.

Justine C. Hyland Consulting Group Analyst Financial Planning Specialist Kathy J. Geary Registered Associate Curt M. Busby Registered Associate Justine has focused her talents on the investment planning needs of our high net worth clients. She is responsible for designing and implementing financial plans that help our clients attain the lifestyle they aspire to. Justine holds the title of Consulting Group Analyst, which identifies those financial professionals that have committed themselves to a higher level of wealth planning advice, continuing education and ethical conduct. Justine also has earned a Financial Planning Specialist designation which shows exemplary proficiency in financial planning to help clients map out and achieve their financial and retirement goals. Justine is a Michigan native and graduate of Michigan State University. Justine enjoys cooking and entertaining for family and friends, tennis, gardening and travel. Justine has two daughters, Jennifer and Michelle. Kathy Geary is a Registered Associate with 39 years of experience in the industry and has been with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney for 33 years. She assists with client service and administration, handles trading and service-related issues, new account processing and resolves operational issues. Kathy graduated from Colonial High School and the New York Institute of Finance and studied Brokerage Operations. Kathy has lived in Orlando for 41 years and has one son, Adrian. A Central Florida native, Curt began his career with Legg Mason Wood Walker in 2003. He has focused his abilities on the service end of the industry where he assists with daily operations of the branch. He has worked with The Park Bay Group since 2009 as a Registered Associate where his responsibilities center on day to day customer service. Curt has completed both the General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform Combined State Law (Series 66) examinations required by FINRA. Curt attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained his bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance. Our Wealth Advisory Consultative Process Step 1: Discovery We will ask many questions to try to capture what matters most to you and fully understand what you want to accomplish with your wealth. We will talk about you, the kind of lifestyle you enjoy, what worries you and what you are passionate about. Our conversations will also explore your values, key relationships, total assets, preferred manner of communication, as well as the other professional advisors with whom you work. That way, we help you to connect all the facets to help ensure your financial situation dovetails effectively. Step 2: Analysis and Recommendation Based on your feedback, we will analyze your personal and financial information, including liabilities; we will also assess risks and identify potential threats to your financial health. At this meeting, we will present you with a comprehensive plan that can help address your income and cash flow needs, borrowing, asset protection, retirement planning, wealth transfer, philanthropy and other areas beyond investment management. We will take additional time to review with you all that was discussed, thus helping you to be comfortable with the proposed investment strategies and service providers before implementing your wealth plan. Step 3: Implementation After presenting you with a detailed wealth plan, we work closely with you to implement your plan with an objective approach, paying close special attention to how the various parts of your plan can affect, enhance and integrate with each other.
