Joncryl FLX 5026-A Emulsion for surface print film applications
Joncryl FLX Product Line High performance water-based emulsions for both surface and reverse printing on flexible packaging Very good balance of adhesion and resistance properties in combination with good resolubility and printability Joncryl FLX 5000-A, first Joncryl FLX product for surface and lamination inks on polyolefin substrates Other Joncryl FLX products - Joncryl FLX 5100 and Joncryl FLX CL1, two-pack ink system for high alkali resistant applications Joncryl FLX 5200 polyurethane dispersion for medium peformance lamination inks on PE, OPP and PET And Now: Joncryl FLX 5026-A for surface printing on OPP
Joncryl FLX 5026-A Benefits & Main Applications Why do I need to formulate my inks with Joncryl FLX 5026-A? Joncryl FLX 5026-A provides an excellent balance of printability and resolubility along with the resistance properties needed for surface print flexible packaging on polyolefin substrates. Joncryl FLX 5026-A is compatible with surfactant-based and many resin-based pigment dispersions which allows wide formulation latitude. Joncryl FLX 5026-A has very good heatseal resistance on OPP which allows it to be used for inks that are printed in the seal area of flexible packaging. Which customers mainly benefit from this product performance? Converters running surface print inks on OPP and printing in the heatseal areas Converters who would like to print with water-based inks to reduce their solvent usage. Printers who need higher resistance properties than can be obtained with Joncryl FLX 5000-A
