She provides a range of services, including agreement preparation, sale and purchase arrangements and litigation counseling for a variety of businesses, and her strategic guidance also extends to real estate and tax appeal matters. With an emphasis on educating clients to develop best practices in their organizations, Elizabeth offers guidance to a broad array of professionals and businesses to ensure that they are ahead of the legal curve. Elizabeth also represents partnerships, limited partnerships and companies and joint ventures in disputes regarding fiduciary duties, valuation, misappropriation and dissolution. Elizabeth has created a well-respected, complex litigation practice through which she offers counsel and representation in real estate and tax appeal litigation matters. She is a certified arbitrator and a member of the Equity Committee for the Burlington County Bar Association. In addition, she has lectured on topics including civil trial preparation and foreclosure matters. Elizabeth is also experienced in health law matters. Her clients including general practitioners, dentists, therapists, psychologists, chiropractors and specialists depend on her deep understanding of the complex regulations surrounding the medical profession and her extensive knowledge pertaining to practice formation, employment contracts, partnership agreements, restrictive covenants, administrative regulations, professional board matters, contract disputes, general practice management, medical powers of attorney, mergers, insurance issues and general litigation matters. She also assists medical providers in responding to audits, inquiries by the Board of Medical Examiners and other agencies, as well as claims by medical insurers. Before Fox Rothschild Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth was a founding member of a prominent New Jersey law firm where she headed its litigation practice. She also spent time as a business law associate with a New Jersey-based firm. During law school, Elizabeth was an intern for Judge Stanley Brotman of the U.S. District Court in Camden, and clerked for Judge Myron Gottlieb in the General Equity Division of the Burlington County Superior Court. Active in the community, Elizabeth serves on the board of the Woodlands Community Association, Inc. and chairs the Bylaw Committee of Helen Beeler Elementary School's Parent Teacher Association.
