Plaintiffs object to interrogatories 1- to the extent they are deemed to be continuing or require supplementation beyond the requirements of Rule (e), F.R.Civ.P. INTERROGATORIES (NOS. 1-)

Plaintiffs object to the definitions of "Maqnavox" and "Sandera" included in the introduction to interroqatories 1- to the extent those definitions and the interrogatories making use of them attempt to impose any obligation on plaintiffs to supply information beyond that required by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. However, in order to advance the progress of this action and without waiver of any of the within-stated objections, plaintiffs further respond to defendant's interrogatories 1- in the following. INER~OGATORY NO. 1 1 Explain what is meant by the term "demonstration 1 program" as used in plaintiffs' response to Interrogatories Nos. -1 of DEFENDANT'S FIRST SET 0~ INTERROGATORIES TO PLAINTIFFS. RESPONSE : 1 The term "demonstration program" is used in plaintiffs ' 1 response to interrogatories and 1 to refer to a program intended to show or demonstrate the capabilities of the apparatus 0 upon which the program is run.
