Design Standards Project Information: The Design Standards found in POMC 20.127 apply to all development within Port Orchard except for SFRs and Duplexes; projects located at the Old Clifton Industrial Park; projects within other Industrial areas when waived by the Director; TI s or other interior work that does not change the footprint or exterior of the building. If Design Standards apply, all drawings (construction, elevation, and site) are required, and must show the supplemental submittal requirements on the plans. 2 copies of the Design Standards Supplemental Submittal Requirements Checklist (Attached).
