From our 160,000 square-foot headquarters and manufacturing plant in southern Georgia, we continually expand and enhance our product line in response to the hospitality industry s fast-changing trends, preferences, and standards. Today, we offer more than 60 styles of chairs with matching sofas in designs that range from traditional to contemporary. With our own milling department on site, we can also create custom one of a kind pieces to match any décor, color, scheme, or style. Frame Construction All frame components are made from 100% solid hardwoods a claim that few manufacturers can make because typically plywood is used in at least a portion of most seating pieces For extra rigidity, oak is used for all spring support rails All joints lapped or doweled are glued to ensure maximum strength and product longevity Frames are warranted for 7 years from date of delivery Sleeper Sofas 5.5-inch deluxe innerspring mattress for extra lumbar support The industry s most heavy-duty mechanism manufactured by bedding leader Leggett & Platt Thicker metal specifically suited for hospitality wear and tear Unmatched 7-year warranty on both mechanism and frame compared to the traditional 1 year on frame and 3 years on mechanism Longer life with less repair and replacement High-fashion frames and cushions Most styles are available in queen, full, and twin sizes Also available is a ¾ sleeper as a substitute for love seats it sleeps two people but is 5 inches narrower in width than full size Legs Legs as well as exposed wood trim are made from kiln-dried, premium grade hardwood typically maple or better, as specified or requested Legs are stained with a lacquer top coat and screwed into the frames using hanger bolts or wood screws to insure quality plus stability 3
Nylon glides are applied to the bottom of legs for added surface protection Springs Heavy-duty 8-gauge tempered steel mounted in insulated clips that are lap-hung to prevent pull-out Sleepers are double-tied with 16-gauge flexible cord for uniform support Heavy flexible deck pads cover the spring system to provide smooth insulated support for decking covers and cushioning Back springs are 11-gauge steel, tied with flexible cord and covered with polypropylene backing for support behind the foam cushioning Padding Arms are covered with cardboard and/or fiber to support high-density padding foam Backs and other surfaces are padded with protective backing over the springs, followed by foam or foam with bonded Dacron wrap Cushions Seat cushions are high-density urethane foam (minimum 1.8 pounds per cubic foot, or pcf) that is wrapped with bonded Dacron fiber, as well as sized plus shaped for maximum comfort Seat foam has modular support of 2.4, with a firmness range of 28 to 32 pounds of impression loan deflection (ILD), for extra durability Foam meets CAL 117 flammability requirements and on request, can meet CAL 113 regulations All cushioning materials are manufactured without ozone destroying chlorofluorocarbons (CFC s) Foam is warranted for 3 years from date of delivery Tailoring Fabrics are precisely applied and matched where needed to enhance beauty and functionality All skirting is sewn and lined with no stitching visible Of course, our responsibilities don t end when a product is manufactured and shipped. Our procurement process seeks out vendors who provide us with the most environmentallyfriendly raw materials such as using only lumber harvested from sustainable forests. We further reduce waste by reclaiming, recycling, and reusing all resources that we use during manufacturing. The result is that we add to every furniture piece without taking away from our earth. Our products are completely Made In America.
