Alan Bronnenberg Mr. Bronnenberg is an eighteen year veteran of the Pharmaceutical Industry. He is a 1974 graduate of the Purdue University School of Pharmacy. Subsequently, he spent fifteen years as a Consultant Pharmacist, with a subspecialty interest in Geriatrics. Mr. Bronnenberg has developed a number of protocols for the treatment of pain in the elderly. In 1988, Mr. Bronnenberg began a career with Searle in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Medical Education. Upon his 2002 retirement from Pharmacia/Pfizer, where he was a Director of Clinical Education, he was named CEO and Board Chairman of Physicians Healthcare Initiative, a nonprofit company representing 300 key opinion leaders, academic researchers, and educators. Pfizer brought Mr. Bronnenberg back to the Industry in his current position as Director of Medical Education in Spring 2006. Mike Saxton, MEd, FACME Mike is a strong advocate for change within the pharmaceutical industry in terms of how it supports continuing professional development of healthcare providers. He recently returned to industry the Executive Director of Professional Education Support at Wyeth, and more recently as the lead for the newly formed at Pfizer working with a team of people in order to continue serving as a catalyst for change. He combines 26 years of pharmaceutical industry, CME provider and consulting experience in the area of CME best practices and recently completed a Masters in Adult Education at the University of Georgia. Nancy Sherman Nancy s career encompasses 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in addition to 6 years of academic research. During her 14 years at Pfizer, she has held several management positions within the Division in addition to managing numerous domestic and international clinical research trials across a wide variety of therapeutic areas including CV, urology and sexual health. She has additional expertise in neuroscience, geriatrics, women s health and dermatology. Glenda Thomas Glenda joined Pfizer 4 months ago as Senior Manager/Specialty, Medical Education Group. She was previously employed by Organon Pharmaceuticals in Roseland, NJ, for 17 years in leadership and business roles in Human Resources, and Medical Affairs. Her last position at Organon was as Business Manager/CME in Medical Affairs where she managed a variety of medical education programs and satellite symposia. In addition, she managed all aspects of non-cme scientific meetings including advisory board programs, in the areas of CNS, Anesthesia, and Women s Healthcare. Glenda holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ.
