Comet has proposed a merger with Rossiter Mining Corp with an intention to list on the TSXV in 1 st quarter 2019. Comet is offering the Investor participation in a Share Placement of Ordinary fully paid Shares, with an attached A$0.20 option. The pre placement price is for A$500,000 or 6.9% of issued capital in Comet Exploration Limited, valuing the company at A$6,750,000 Pre money.
