If, while validating the ticket, the message Exceeds Cash Limit, File Claim Form appears on the ticket receipt, return the original ticket and ticket receipt to the Player. Instruct the Player to sign the back of the ticket immediately, and give the Player a Winner Claim Form. Instruct the Player to make a copy or take a picture of the ticket and Winner Claim Form for their records.
