Kirk is the Chairman of Tee-Off-for- Tots, an organization that focuses on assisting children s charities in Northern Virginia. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing and golf. One of the group s co-founders, Rick heads our Corporate Equity Solutions practice. He brings over 20 years experience in equity compensation consultation to Mid-Atlantic public companies. Rick is a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP), and the Global Equity Organization (GEO). Originally from New Jersey, Rick graduated from Rutgers University and now lives with his family in Broad Run, VA. He is active on school board committees in both Fauquier and Prince William Counties and enjoys playing in adult baseball leagues and spending time with his family. As Chesapeake Group s CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM, Patrick provides planning-driven strategies to private clients and stock plan participants. His areas of focus include proactive retirement planning and the tax-efficient reduction of concentrated stock positions. Patrick joined Chesapeake Group and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2004. He previously worked for a boutique financial planning firm. Patrick earned his BS in Finance from Villanova University s School of Business. He is a member of the firm s Blue Chip Council and Pacesetter s Club, which recognizes his success and commitment to his clients. Suzanne Cooper Associate Stock Plan Director Financial Advisor Donna Elder Relationship Manager Martha Barrios Registered Marketing Associate Suzanne is Chesapeake Group s Associate Stock Plan Director. Having completed the Certified Equity Professional Level 1 program, Suzanne brings knowledge and experience to implementation and day-to-day administration of employer stock plans. Suzanne is also a Financial Planning Specialist, bringing an analytical and comprehensive approach to financial management. She advises clients on education planning, retirement planning, and wealth preservation. She earned a BS degree from the University of Connecticut. Originally from Rhode Island, Suzanne has been active in the PTO for her children s schools for 14 years and continues her annual involvement with the school s Project Graduation. She is a member of Leadership Loudoun (class of 2005) and a volunteer in her church s religious education program. As the team s Senior Client Relationship Manager, Donna provides high-level concierge service to the team s private clients. Her outgoing nature, professional expertise and client-centric focus make her an invaluable asset to Chesapeake Group and its clients. Donna has been with the firm and its predecessors since 1990 and is Chesapeake Group s primary operational liaison. In recognition of her proactive approach to relationship management, Donna has earned the firm s Financial Planning Associate designation. Prior to joining the firm, Donna honed her client service skills in retail management. Outside the office, Donna focuses in creative remodeling projects at her home in Oak Hill, VA. She also enjoys visiting her hometown of York, PA and spending time with her two sons. Martha has primary responsibility for the operational support of Chesapeake Group s private clients and stock plan participants. She joined the Chesapeake Group in February 2008 after three years with the firm. Prior to joining our organization, Martha worked both domestically and internationally, gaining broad experience in the financial services sector. She also co-founded a South Florida minority firm, where she was responsible for Trading and Syndicate Desks.
