Laser Engraving Laser Engraving or also known as laser etching is the process of burning the surface of material with a focused laser to engrave or etch your desired graphic or logo. A wide range of materials can be engraved with very fine detail. Depending on the materials the engraved surface will generally be a matt black burn. Detail: Very Fine Materials: PVC, Wood, Formica, Plastics. Generally all non-woven surfaces and non-reflective surfaces. Remarks: Deep engraving cannot be achieved with this method. 2
Laser Engraving + Color Laser Engraving + Coloring is a very similar process to Laser Engraving however with a colored finish. This process is achieved by screening color onto the engraved surfaces. Acrylic or Oil Based colors can be used, these are general very durable and can achieve vivid color. Detail: Fine detail can be achieved. Materials: PVC, Wood, Formica, Plastics. Generally all non-woven surfaces and non-reflective surfaces. Remarks: Deep engraving cannot be achieved with this method. 4 4
Print Transfer Print Transfer is the process of sublimating a materials surface with a specialized transfer medium. Fine detail and vivid color can be achieved, sublimated surfaces are durable and waterproof and machine washable. Detail: Fine Detail and Vivid Color can be achieved Materials: Most PVC, and most light colored fabrics. Non-porous materials (Formica, varnished wood, Acrylic. Materials that can withstand high temperatures of the transfer process. 6
