Shipping Information FOB Factory, Shipping: Prepaid and Add. Specific Dates: Every effort will be made to meet specific in hands dates. However, we cannot guarantee delivery due to production schedules, product availability, etc. Orders received with a specific ship or in hands date will be shipped within 3 days of the specified date. Customers should consider epress shipping methods to meet specific in hands dates. Drop Shipment/Split Shipment: Add $.00 (G) per location change. If multiple drop ship locations, addresses must be received by House of Doolittle at least 0 days prior to estimated ship date, in our Ecel spreadsheet format. Call Customer Service to obtain a copy. Carton Labeling: Customer must supply labels for special carton labeling requirements. A service fee of $4.00 (G) per label will apply General Information Overruns & Underruns: Variances in production sometimes create overruns or underruns. Our factory reserves the right to ship up to 0% over/under, although every effort will be made to ship the quantity ordered. Billing will be for eact amount shipped, but will not eceed 0% over. Customers requiring eact quantities must clearly specify on purchase order. For eact quantities $(G) Samples: Random samples, current catalogs, cover material swatches and corner material samples are available at no charge to distributors. Production Time: All purchase orders submitted must be production-ready. Production-ready includes, but is not limited to, ink colors, corner options, ship to addresses, art information. Orders not received production-ready will not have stock reserved or be placed into production schedules until complete information is received. At that time normal production times will apply. Please Note: All production times are based on proof approval and/or credit approval. Less Than Minimum Orders: Orders that do not meet minimum quantity will be billed at the catalog minimum quantity price plus $48.00 (G). Absolute minimum is / catalog minimum. Cancellations: Orders will be subject to any costs incurred to date plus a cancellation charge of $35.00(G). All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Shipping & Warehousing: Storage of completed orders is available at no charge. Beginning September 5, all orders completed and those in storage will be released for shipment up to days before the required ship date. Orders received after August 5, will be shipped as completed unless specified on purchase order. In all cases, there will be a $4.00 (G) minimum charge. Foil Colors: Any standard foil color including white is available. Please note: no PMS matches. Printing Methods: Process Colors: The most common method of achieving color in printing is referred to as YK, 4-color process or even just process. Process colors are represented as percentages of cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y) and black (B). When 4-color process printing is used to reproduce photographs and graphics they are created out of process colors. This helps to avoid the added epense of an etra plate needed to print each spot color. Spot Color: Colors created without screens or dots, such as those found in the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM, are referred to in the industry as spot or solid colors. Spot colors are commonly used in corporate logos and identity programs, and in one, two or three-color jobs. Spot colors are printed with premied inks. Design Service: Complete in-house design service available to create or design new artwork. Prices will vary based on amount of artwork involved. Design fees are $5.00 (G) per hour. Please submit a rough layout with instructions for a quote if necessary. Artwork or ad copy layout will be retained for two years. Proof: Digital proofs are supplied at no charge within hours of receipt of your purchase order. A signed proof approval form is required to put your order into production no verbal approvals will be accepted. Factory is not responsible for customer errors after proof has been approved by customer. Actual item proofs are available when required on hot stamped items only. Hot-stamping die charge applies, add $30.00 (G). On special press runs, Epson full-color proofs are available at $45.00 (G) each.
