SPEAKERS PROFILE DR YU JIANLONG Secretary General Dr. YU Jianlong is the Secretary General of China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC) since March, 2015. He serves as the Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and Vice Chairman of China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) since 2006. He is also the President of Asia Pacific Arbitration Group (APRAG) and Member of the Governing Board of International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA). Before his work in CIETAC and CMAC, he was the Director General of Economic Information Department, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) between 2004 and 2006, the Deputy Director General of International Relations Department, CCPIT from 1998 to 2004. He has a PHD in International Economic Law, University of International Business and Economics School of Law (UIBE), Master of Executive Business Administration, Peking University (PKU), Master of Inter-Cultural Communications, PKU School of International Politics and B.A. of British and American Literature, Capital Normal University (CNU). _SPEAKERS PROFILE

SPEAKERS PROFILE TAN YOUQUAN Managing Director Tan Youquan is the Managing Director of China Merchants Energy Trading (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Ming Wah (Singapore) Agency Pte Ltd. Before his current positions in Singapore, Youquan was based in Hong Kong where he was Assistant President of China Merchants Energy Shipping Co., Ltd and General Manager of Supply Department of Associated Maritime Company (Hong Kong) Limited and Hong Kong Ming Wah Shipping Co., Ltd.. Youquan joined Hong Kong Ming Wah Shipping Co., Ltd. as an Engineer Superintendent. Prior to joining Hong Kong Ming Wah Shipping Co., Ltd., Youquan was a Repair Superintendent with Shanghai Lifeng Shipyard. Prior to this, he was an Engineer onboard China Shipping Shanghai s Changle ship. Youquan holds a Bachelor s Degree in Ship Machinery Repair and Construction from Wuhan Maritime University and a MBA from University of Wales, Newport. DR LI MAN Vice President Dr. Li Man was appointed the Vice President of COSCO Corporation since October 2012. Since 1993, he has held various positions in China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company and has served as Vice Governor in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province, P.R. China from 2007 to 2009. He graduated from China s Dalian Maritime University in 1993 with a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering and received his MBA in 2002 and Ph.D. in Business Administration and Enterprise Management in 2009 from Nankai University. Dr. Li Man was previously Executive Vice President of BOAO COSCO Co. Ltd from 2009 to 2012, Deputy General Manager of Executive Office, China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company from 2005 to 2007 and Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Tianjin Shore-Based Industry Company, COSCO Bulk Carrier Co. Ltd from 2001 to 2005. _SPEAKERS PROFILE

PANELLISTS PROFILE HEE THENG FONG Consultant Mr Hee is a senior lawyer in Singapore with more than 30 years of experience. He graduated in 1979 from the Law Faculty of the University of Singapore. He is also a holder of a Diploma in PRC Law from Suzhou University. Mr Hee has handled more than one hundred cases in civil litigation and international arbitration as a presiding arbitrator, or co-arbitrator or lead counsel in many countries including Singapore, PRC and Hong Kong. Many of the cases have been reported and referred to in the Singapore Law Report and text books. His arbitration appointments include being a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb). He is also on the panel of arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Hong Kong Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), and the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (KLRCA). Mr Hee is effectively bilingual and has written many awards in both English and Chinese in international arbitration cases in SIAC, CIETAC and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Mr Hee is also a mediator and Ambassador (China) for Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC). Mr Hee has been the resident judge for more than a decade in international debates organised by Beijing CCTV and MediaCorp Singapore. He is also a regular speaker in seminars on Directors Duties and Corporate Governance organised by the Singapore Institute of Directors and the Singapore Exchange Ltd. He also speaks at seminars on arbitration and international trade dispute resolution organised by SIAC and CIETAC. He has contributed an article on a comparative study between SIAC rules and CIETAC rules in The Singapore Law Gazette [Oct 2010 Issue]. Mr Hee also serves as a director of several listed companies, including Straco Corporation Limited, China Jinjiang Environment Holding Company Limited, Yanlord Land Group Limited and APAC Realty Limited. Mr Hee serves as a director of Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre and Chairman of Citizenship Committee of Inquiry (ICA).
