VIBE AND TONE PROGRAM

Congratulations on your decision to begin your Vibe Fit and Tone program! Making the decision to start is the hardest part of any program, and you should be commended for getting to this point. Before you get started, we d like to give you a quick introduction on what you can expect throughout this program. Vibe Fit and Tone Modules In order to get you started, we ve created a simple 6 module Vibe Fit and Tone program. We believe that weight loss is not a direct path. You don t just start a program and expect to go to your desired weight in a straight path, without any obstacles. That s unrealistic and something we feel very strong about. There is no one-size-fits-all weight loss program. That s why we call our program Vibe Fit and Tone and not weight loss. As you go through your 6 module program, you ll get familiar and comfortable with your vibration exercise program. Also, you ll be able to slowly change your thoughts about proper weight loss. We ve had some of our clients describe how the educational material behind the program has altered their mindset about their weight loss goals. You will begin to throw all those false and unrealistic expectations out the window and embrace the NEW YOU. You will get a new module every week. There s a reason why we don t give you the entire program right from the start. Research has shown over and over again the positive benefits of getting information in pieces. You ll learn more and you ll retain more. That means you will have to set goals for yourself every week until you progress to the next module. Also note that not everyone finishes each module in 1 week. Some may get to a module and find that making the small changes in that module may take 2 weeks or longer. If this is you, don t worry. Take as long as you want to achieve the goals in each module. Some of you may be new to the information that we share with you. If that s the case, you may have questions. You may also begin to struggle

within yourself because some of the information may be the opposite of your current beliefs and knowledge about weight loss. You will start to question what we are saying. That s okay. If so, we want to hear from you. We want to make sure that you completely understand all the information that we provide. For others, this information may not be new. You may already be implementing some of the strategies we outline. If that s the case, then you are half way there already! However, ensure that you don t begin skipping steps in the education process. The modules are designed to be done in a step by step fashion to get the most out of it. Be patient and you ll reap the rewards like everyone else. Articles and Videos Each module comes with educational material that gives you the right knowledge to be successful in the long term. We know that not everyone retains information the same way. That s why this welcome guide is provided in both a written, audio and a video context. Some may prefer to read, whiles like to see and hear. Remember, we want to make sure you get the most out of the educational material. If you have a busy lifestyle and learn better by seeing and hearing, then the videos may be the best format. If you prefer reading, simply download the PDF files. Each module contains specific categories for you to follow. We start off with listing your Learning Objectives. This is the information you will learn when you finish the module. We also provide a general introduction to the module, in addition to a nice summary and conclusion. Are you the type that likes to read everything from start to finish? Then go through the whole module. What if you are the type that likes to get a good summary of what you need to learn? Then simply read the Learning Objectives, Introduction, and Summary / Conclusion. You can then get into the meat of the module. At the end of the Module, we provide an Action Plan. Feel free to print this out and keep with you so you know what you need to do. This comes in the form of a checklist so you can check off everything you ve done.

Vibration Exercise Programs You ll get a vibration exercise program with each module. The programs are designed for your fitness levels. We have broken them down into 4 levels, such as sedentary, intermediate, active and athletic. Before starting the program, you ll know which fitness level you belong to. Once you get this information, you can go to this section of the vibration exercise module for that week. Some of you may start off as a beginner in the first few weeks, but may find that the exercises are not challenging enough. Simply progress to the next level if that is the case. You don t need to stay in one category throughout the entire program. In fact, most of our clients progress quite quickly after they see the positive effects of vibration training. Some of our clients also ask whether this is their entire program. The answer is a simple no! As you will learn, your program needs to constantly change to continue giving your body enough challenge to never get accustomed to the exercises. We always want to keep your body guessing and challenged. This 6 module vibration exercise program is designed as a good introduction and helps you build a solid foundation in vibration training. You ll be shocked and surprised at the number of different programs you can choose from after the modules are done! Free and Paid Tools Our Vibe Fit and Tone program uses several tools that can help you with your program. Do you need to use all the tools? No. Each person is different. These tools are there to help make your life changes easier. Most of the tools are free. We provide links to useful tools that you can get on the Internet. That s the beauty of the Internet! However, for those that may want advanced features, we also provide links to paid tools. Do you need to buy tools? No. We show you how to do everything for free. It s just that some people find the paid tools easier and more convenient. As the site continues to expand, we want to hear from everyone here on which tools they like and prefer. That way, you ll be able to get feedback

from others like you. If you see a tool that is useful for you but was not listed here, let us know! We know everyone else will appreciate that. Support Most people are always looking for the secret to weight loss. They want the secret product that will help them lose weight. We tend to go after every product with big claims behind them. If you ve done that before, you aren t alone. We all have been guilty of this! You may also see that there are products we recommend, and may change our minds in the future about it. That s the reality out there. We can t recommend something that may be shown to be ineffective, or something that you all may find unimportant. That s why we ve created our Support section. Your voice in this weight loss journey is important. Did you know that having support is probably one of the BEST predictors of weight loss success? That s not a big secret product, now is it?
