Filmed in 1995 by UCLA Chicano film student Sonny Espinosa, the documentary captures the essence of the 25 young men and one woman who battled against all odds to make a powerful message for La Raza by taking over an area in Catalina Island for nearly a month before being forced out by armed Sheriff's deputies.
