He shares his time between our PwC law firms in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. As a corporate and M&A specialist, Nasir has over 18 years' experience of advising and representing international clients. His clients include multinational corporations, banks and other financial institutions, as well as major Vietnamese corporations. Nasir has worked in Vietnam for the past 13 years and his Vietnam practice spans private equity investments, private and public M&A, joint ventures and general corporate, investment and commercial matters.
