MEAD HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC DEPARTMENT Dear Band and/or Colorguard Parent or Guardian, For our trips we would like to secure permission from each student s parents to allow us to show movies from our Approved Movie List. The list of movies can be seen on the Mead Band website, Meadbands.org under the Forms menu. This list of movies does not include any Rated-R movies, but does contain some PG & PG-13 movies. All remaining movies are rated G. We have carefully (and conservatively) screened all movies on this list to ensure they are appropriate for our students. If you have an objection to one of the listed movies, please write the title on this form or call the Music Department office at 465-7047. I give permission for to view movies from the Band Approved Movie List. I understand this applies to movies shown on the buses, at any band function, and includes movies played on portable DVD players and other personal video playback devices.
