The Daguerreotype The daguerreotype looked like a square with lens and had a button on it and It worked by batteries and generators. Also there are little strips of paper and when they turn on they spin around and generates power. It was created around the 1880s by Louis Daguerre. People s lives were changed in a positive way because they could remember their family members and never forget them. They could have lots of pictures to remember the good times. People s lives were changed in a negative way because they were losing money because cameras cost a lot.

The Film Camera The film camera looked like a box with a lens and had controls on it. It worked by gears and parts and wires and a little screen. It was created around 1840 s by Eastman Kodak. People s lives were changed in a positive way because they could make a lot of pictures at once. They could also make like 200 pictures and then turn them in all at once and won t have to turn them in one by one. People s lives were changed in a negative way because they would have to wait for one day. Also you won t get them right away and have to wait for a couple of hours.

The Camera Kosi O

Introduction The camera is used for taking pictures and recording or doing film. Over time it has changed from film camera to digital camera. Someone holding a film camera. Picture from ebook. Someone taking a picture with a film camera. Picture from ebook.

The Film Camera The film camera looked like it was a camera app and it was black and gray. It worked by a roll of film. You had to give the company the roll of film. It might take a week or two. It only works on a kind of sensitive paper. After your film is taken out of your camera, it s developed. It was created around the early 1900 s by Oscar Barnack. People s lives were changed in a positive way because it doesn't take a long time; it only took some days or a week. The qualities of the 35mm (a film camera) helped and people s lives were much easier. Photography became a super duper extreme great awesome hobby for everyone. People s lives were changed in a negative way because it could take a long time and you need a lot of equipment. You have to give the company the roll of film to develop to get the photos.

The Digital Camera The digital camera looks like it s grayish silver and has a lens at the middle and you can turn it on and off. When it s on it s black and when it s off it s the same color as the rest of the camera. It works by special devices inside the camera that helps hold all the photos. You have to use light sensitive chips to record the images (not film). It was created around 1975 by a Kodak engineer named Steve Sasson. People s lives were changed in a positive way because it was more instant than the film camera and the dagurreo type. It was as portable as iphones and ipods. You could also put them on your iphones and ipads digitally. You could also record stuff much more digitally than the film camera. People s lives were changed in a negative way because since it runs off battery just like the ipod, ipad, and iphone, it could run out of battery very easily and when it does you have to charge it. Also you could accidently delete one of your most precious photos, it could reach the limit of photos, and it could be kind of challenging to find a specific photo.

My Opinion Overall, I think the change from film to digital is positive because it s such a big change because you can do lots of new things and it was black and white to color. It changes a lot over all these years.

Quick pictures. 2. no development. 3. You can send photos. 4. portable on your iphone or ipad People s lives were changed in a negative way because the digital camera needs batteries and you could accidently erase photos.

Hubble Telescope (Space) The Hubble looked like it was moving above the atmosphere. It worked by taking pictures in space. It was created around April 25, 1990 by NASA. People s lives were changed in a positive way because people could learn more about space. It took pictures in space. People could see the stars and planets. People could see things that they never saw before. People s lives were changed in a negative way because it was a lot of money. It took a lot of time to build

My Opinion Overall, I think the change from Galileo s to Hubble is positive because people could see things like the planets in space and learn a lot about space.

Introduction The telescope is used for looking at stars. Over time it has changed from Galileo s telescope to Hubble s telescope. Galileo s Telescope. picture from ebook. Hubble s telescope. Picture from ebook.

Galileo s Telescope (Refracting) Galileo s telescope looked like a long piece of bamboo. It was also very long. It worked by looking through the telescope. It makes things look much closer. It was created around 1609 by Galileo Galilei. People s lives were changed in a positive way because they knew that the moon wasn t made out of cheese and the shape of a star, because people used to think that the stars were just poked holes of light. People s lives were changed in a negative way because the air made the telescope all blurry until there was a telescope in space.

Hubble Telescope (Space) The Hubble telescope looked like something wide and metal. It is in space. It worked by computers. It was created in the 1970s by scientists at NASA. People s lives were changed in a positive way because if they used the telescope it would be clear not like before. Space has no air. So now you can see the planets and stars more clearly. People s lives were changed in a negative way because when they first put it in space it was blurry. It took a long time to fix the problem.

My Opinion Overall, I think the change from Galileo s telescope to Hubble s telescope is positive because the scientists made new discoveries about the planets.

My Opinion Overall, I think the change from Galileos teliscope to Hubble is positive because it is easer to launch a space craft then to take a big telescope and And then position.
