PACLEASE Hybrid Sacagawea VK-222 Display Instructions / PAGE 2 - General Information Using Your Setup Instructions The Visionary Designs Setup Instructions are created specifically for your configuration. They are laid out sequentially, including an exploded view of the entire display, and then a logical series of detailed steps to assemble the main structure and components. We encourage you to study the instructions before attempting to assemble your exhibit. 800-676-3976 425-556-95 4054 48th Ave. NE Redmond, WA 98052 Each page reminds you to tighten the setscrews after disassembling your exhibit to prevent loss of the locks and setscrews (see below in RED). This is VERY IMPORTANT. Cleaning and Packing Your Display ) Use care when cleaning aluminum extrusion or acrylic inserts. Use only non-abrasive cleaners. 2) When cleaning laminate inserts or countertops, use mild cleansers and a soft material such as cotton. 3) Keep all display components away from extreme heat and long exposure to sunlight to avoid warping and fading. 4) Retain all packing material. It will make re-packing much easier and will reduce the likelihood of shipping damage. Vertical sections connect using vertical connection bars with pre-installed twist knobs. Turn clockwise to tighten. Do not over tighten knobs. Horizontal sections will connect using the pre-installed camlock thumbscrew. Do not over tighten screw. Attach base place feet to vertical main supports using the bolt provided. The bolt is normally pre-installed into the bottom of the vertical support leg. Be careful not to strip the threads. The Tool Typical Connection Typical Connection (cont d) Numbered Label Some sections of your display will be assembled with the supplied Hex Key Tool. Sections that require the Hex Key Tool for assembly are simple to join. Place the tool into the lock screw and turn counter clockwise to loosen the lock. You will see the lock sections come together. Place the part into the adjoining extrusion groove where it should connect and turn the tool clockwise so the lock spreads apart while inside the groove. This completes a strong connection. Each extrusion contains a numbered label which corresponds with setup instructions. The label is located within a groove of the extrusion (when possible).

Pull tight until velcro isn t visible from front. 6) Attach light to top of assembled backwall. STAR indicates location of knobs on BACKSIDE of unit. 5a a 5b Rear graphics velcro into position to pre-installed loop velcro strips. Turn Clockwise to Tighten Lock **Do not over tighten s.** Connection Bar 3a Stopper 2a b A0 clamps attached to vertical extrusions for Wing Attachment Horizontal Placement 3a 5a Set upper horizontal bars [5a/5b] to be flush with indicated line before angled top cap section Connection Bar Slide Connection Bar between Extrusions and tighten s to secure. Graphic Attachment Apply graphic to back of assembled backwall. a GREEN STAR indicates location of connection lock with knob. You can position these items at any location you wish. Use all 3 or just or 2. Wings connect inside pre-installed clips. Each clip has a thumbscrew that you tighten on the wing. Do not over tighten.
