1/4" GAP Standard Wall Mount Shroud NOTE: Unit comes assembled. You must first remove all tubing from the shroud. For the top tube, loosen the top screws a 1/4" and slide screws out of the keyhole slots. For the bottom tube, remove screws completely to remove tubing. NOTE: The installation of the horizontal wall mount depends on there being an adequate wall to support the weight of the shroud and monitor assembly. This procedure is specifically for mounting to a metal stud wall that has a maximum of 24" between centers and minimum metal guage of 25 (.017" thick). The position of the shroud relative to the studs must conform to steps 4 & 5. Once location is determined, installation can proceed according to the following steps. Adjust horizontal tube position to have most possible hole locations line up with the center of a stud in the wall (4a). On sizes that require two (2) top tubes, make sure to butt tubes tight together (4b). 5. The attachment slots on both ends need to be structurally attached to the building wall. One of the end attachment slots need to be structurally attached to a stud, while the other end also needs to be structurally attached, if not by a stud then by another structurally appropriate attachment method depending on the wall construction. 2 Size 32 Sgl 32 Dbl 32 Triple 32 Quad 42 Sgl 42 Dbl 42 Triple 42 Quad 46 Sgl 46 Dbl 46 Triple 55 Sgl 55 Dbl 55 Triple 65 Sgl 65 Dbl 65 Triple 42 Dbl 42 Triple 46 Dbl 46 Triple Dim X Dim Y Dim Z Standard and Seismic 14-7/8" 14-7/8" 14-7/8" 36-1/2" 19-1/8" 19-1/8" 19-1/8" 45-3/8" 22" 22" 22" 26-5/8" 26-5/8" 9-3/4" 9-3/4" 9-3/4" 9-1/2" 9-3/4" 14" 9-3/4" 10-1/4" 15" 12" 15" 12-1/2" 11-5/8" 14-5/8" 12-1/8" 15" 26-5/8" 12-1/2" 13-3/4" 32" 32" 32" 19-1/8" 19-1/8" 22" 22" 9-3/4" 9-3/4" Codec 8" 8" 12-5/8" 11-3/4" 10-3/4" 15" 12" 11-5/8" 14-7/8" Shroud Ht. 23-3/8" 23-3/8" 23-3/8" 45" 27-5/8" 27-5/8" 27-5/8" 53-7/8" 30-1/2" 30-1/2" 30-1/2" 35-1/8" 35-1/8" 35-1/8" 40-1/2" 40-1/2" 40-1/2" 27-5/8" 27-5/8" 30-1/2" 30-1/2" ON A STUD 5-1/2" REF. 2-1/2" 5-1/2" REF.
