THE DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY OF MUSKOKA BY-LAW NO. 78-1 A by-law to ratify and confirm the purchase and acquisition of land by the District Municipality of Muskoka WHEREAS the District Municipality of Muskoka has approved, by resolution, the purchase and acquisition of certain lands and premises for road construction and pollution contrgl purposes; AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to ratify and confirm these purchases and acquisitions; NOW THEREFORE the Council of the District Municipality of Muskoka hereby enacts as follows: 1) The District Municipality of Muskoka hereby ratifies and confirms the purchase and acquisition of the lands and premises as more particularly set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto. ) This by-law shall corne into force and take effect on the date of final passing thereof.
