Radiating Cable Guide Drilling and Clamping Drilling and Clamping The recommended hangers may be clip clamps or hook hangers without fire resistant belt. Clamps should be hung every 3 feet (1 meter). Hangers should be placed approximately 33 feet (10 meters) apart. The recommended hangers should be of a fire-resistant type. The hangers may be hook hangers with a metal anchor and a fire-resistant belt, clip hangers, or steel clamps. ProSoft Technology, Inc. 7

Installation Material Radiating Cable Guide Hangers consist of glass fiber-strengthened Durethan : Halogen free according to DIN VDE 0472, Part 185 Fire-retardant according to UL94, Class V-O UV-resistant 1. Drill a 6 mm diameter hole at least 2.30 inches (60 mm) deep. 2. Using an adapted tool, strike the hammer screw through the washer and the hanger to secure. 3. Hook the cable and fix it with the cable fastener band. 10 ProSoft Technology, Inc.

Insert the fire resistant band through the bottom of the hanger as shown. 3. Drive a full metal anchor through the large washer, belt, and hanger using the adapted tool as shown. Insert the M6 steel plug into the wall and strike it with the hammer using the appropriate setting tool. 3. Tighten the bolt through the spacer and hanger (washer inside). Radiating Cable Guide Installation Material Installing Clip Clamp with Steel Plug and Steel Spacer 1. Drill a 10 mm diameter hole that is 33 mm deep. 2. Insert the M8 steel plug in to wall and strike it with the hammer using the appropriate setting tool. 3. Tighten the spacer into the plug. ProSoft Technology, Inc. 17

Drill a 6mm diameter hole using the drill tool and insert the steel plug by striking it with the hammer and setting tool. 2.
