STEP 1 Assembly for Drawer Front Lay Drawer Front (17) flat with holes facing up. Insert pins(24) into Drawer Front pushing firmly. Use Glue prior to inserting large wooden dowels (10) into the holes (Please remove excess glue with a Damp cloth). Make sure to push the dowel all the way in. Attach the Handle using the screws (23). 5 24 17 10 23 10 24 STEP 2 Assembly for Drawer Sides and Back Stand Right Hand Drawer Side (15) on its end keeping the large hole outside and toward the front. Line up the Front Edge of Drawer bottom (14) with the Front edge of the drawer side (15) and fix together using screws (22). Fix the other Drawer Side (16) in the similar way with large hole facing forward and to the outside. STEP 3 Drawer Front and Drawer Runners Insert Cams (25) into Drawer Sides ensuring that the arrow faces toward the front of the Drawers as shown. Apply small amount of glue to the Dowel holes in each Drawer Side. Ensuring that all Holes line up and the edge strip of Drawer Front faces toward the Top, firmly push the Drawer Front into the sides and lock in place by rotating the Cam (25) in the clockwise direction, so that, the arrows face back ward. Affix the Drawer Runners ( 20) & (21) using the screws (). 25 Assembled Drawer Front 20 Assembled Drawer Back 21 25 STEP 4 Inserting Plastic panel Connectors in the Shelves START (arrow points to front of Drawer) Finish (arrow points to rear of Drawer) Lay the Fixed Shelves (7) on a flat surface with holes facing up and Insert the Plastic connectors (26). Please ensure that connectors are pushed all the way down. 26 26 7
26 3 STEP 5 Side Panels Assembly Lay Left Panel(3) on a flat protected surface. Long edge strip of the panel should face toward the front. Push the Plastic Panel Connectors (26) into the top holes as shown. Fix the Left Hand Drawer Tracks () to the end panels with the screws (). Take care to set the front of the Drawer track up 2mm from the edge of Panel. Assemble the Right Hand Panel (4) in mirror image of Left Hand Panel. Note To help with Identification, the Left hand Drawer Tracks are imprinted with the letters " CL" whilst the Right Hand Drawer Tracks are imprinted with "CR". Front Edge of Panel 2 Marking for Identification of Left Hand and Right Hand Drawer Tracks. CL STEP 6 Top Rails and Bottom Rail Assembly Lay down the Top Rails (5) on a flat surface. Apply small amount of glue to the holes and insert Large Wooden Dowels in the holes. Please remove excess glue with a Damp cloth. Similarly, lay down the Toe Rail (6) on a flat surface. Apply small amount of glue to the holes and insert Small Wooden Dowels in the holes. Please remove excess glue with a Damp cloth. 5 6 11 11 10 10
STEP 7 Assembly (Shelves, Rails and Panels) Lay Left Assembled Panel on a flat surface and attach the two fixed shelves ensuring that the connectors face the top of the unit. Please make sure that the fixed shelves are pushed tightly against the end panel before tightening the screws. Fit the Top Rails (5) to the Assembled Right Panel ensuring that edge strip faces bottom of the unit. Assembled Left panel Fit the Toe Rail (6) to the Left panel. Attach the Assembled Right Panel making sure that all holes are lined up properly and that fixed shelves are pushed tightly against the end panels before tightening the screws. Nail the Plastic Glides (28)along the bottom edge. 5 Assembled Right panel Assembled Shelves 28 STEP 8 Attach Top Panel and Back panel 6 Stand unit carefully upright. Fit Top Panel (1) to unit with long edge strip facing forward. Make Sure all holes line up and top is pushed firmly against end panels before tightening screws (26). 28 Now, Lay unit down with front of unit facing downwards. Position back panel (2) against the back of the unit (approximately 3 mm from top edge and side edges). CAUTION Nail Back Panel along top edge and carefully measure the Distance X and Y to Square the Unit. If same, Nail back panel into position along all edges taking care to avoid nails breakage through the surface of Left and Right Panels. If X and Y are not same Adjust the distance by moving left (3) and right (4) panel. When adjusted, Nail the back panel along all edges. Distance Y Distance X 1 2 12 Adjust from here
