Masterpiece Mindset Coaching Program Vision Board Process "Some men see things as they are and ask 'Why?' I dream things that never were and ask, 'Why not?'" Bobby Kennedy, 1968 from a quote by George Bernard Shaw Focus is the trademark of all great people. Nearly all of these individuals first had a vision of what they wanted to create in their life and made a commitment to focus their thoughts until they achieved their desires. You can do the same by creating your own Masterpiece Mindset Vision Board! If you have watched The Secret you know that you can accomplish whatever goals and dreams that you may have for your life. And it all starts with creating a Vision for your life. What Vision do want to create and begin to paint on canvas of your life?

Live your life as the Masterpiece that it is and to assist you in that creation, let s begin to create what we call your Masterpiece Mindset Vision Board! Just take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step. - Martin Luther King You may have heard a vision board called by another name such as a DreamBoard or a Treasure Map. Whatever name you choose to call it, know that they are one and the same, and all serve the same function to help you achieve your dreams! So, what exactly is a vision board? In a nutshell, it s your dream in pictures. Your Masterpiece Mindset Coaching Program Vision Board is a pictorial representation of what you would like to have, to be or to do in your life. It shows in beautiful, vivid photos you living the ideal life that You are in the process of creating! Walt Disney said "If you can DREAM it, you can DO it". We know that the mind is a dream making and achieving machine and is a extraordinarily powerful force of creation. Having clear goals is a sure way of boosting your mind power and adopting thought patterns that will steer you towards achievements you might even have thought impossible until now! If a genie gave you the opportunity to design your ideal life, what would it look like? The truth is you don t need the genie. All you need is you and the dedication to make your dreams a reality. You can design your life according to the aspirations you set forth. For instance, health may be your primary interest at this time so you might have a couple of pictures that reflect your attention on this aspect of your life. Ask yourself, What is my ideal objective in relation to health? Do I want a firm, toned body? If this is your goal, what would that look like? Perhaps it means to exercise more. You then select a picture that translates your goal to represent your objective. For example, getting fit might be depicted as a person lifting a barbell. You may also choose to exemplify health by displaying nutritious foods on your Vision Board. Go ahead and choose another picture that signifies this aim. Now, instead of having only one picture and or photo and one affirmation related to health, you have a couple of pictures and will hold that vision until you are on your way to mastering the body and lifestyle you desire. The last step before completing the process is to write your goals in the form a statement of fact as if it were already true and then in the next weeks ahead you ll learn the rest of this Strategic Visioning Time Stream Process. You can also write a affirmation, a promise to yourself related to your health. For instance, you can say I am healthy and love to eat nutritious food and link it to a powerful and healthy image. While you re looking at this image and stating this

affirmation, this declaration, really feel what it s like to be experiencing that degree of excellent health and as you continue that process you ll begin to link the Vision that you have with your intentions. You are then beginning to learn a Neural Re-Patterning Process which we ll discuss in great depth as we continue on this Masterpiece Mindset Adventure together. Now you can follow the same process for the other areas, for example Career and your Social life until your Masterpiece Mindset Vision Board and the life you aspire to is described in photos and words. After completing your Masterpiece Mindset Vision Board you are ready to visualize! Visualizing - seeing what you desire - is an important step in order to achieve what you desire. "If you want your life to be more rewarding, you have to change the way you think." - Oprah Winfrey, Actress, Producer and Television Host Visualizing - seeing what you desire - is an important step in order to achieve what you want. When you have created your vision board, you are ready to put your personal vision board in front of you or near you so that you can see it. We know that repetition works. Seeing your goals several times a day will help you stay focused and believe in your goals. The brain believes in what it sees most frequently. Are you aware that your brain does not know truth from fiction? Take advantage of this powerful fact, and as often as possible, play mental movies of the goal you want to achieve. We do this all the time when we daydream. Now, you re going to direct your visions to obtain your goals through the use of your Masterpiece Mindset Vision Board Focus is the trademark of all Masters. Nearly all of these individuals first had a vision of what they wanted to create in their life and made a commitment to focus their thoughts until they their achieved their desires. You can do the same by using your Masterpiece Mindset Vision Board! Here are additional tips that will assist you in creating your dream life: View Your vision board Repeatedly This is a crucial step to this process because it ensures that you remain focused on what you want instead of being caught up in life s evitable day-to-day challenges, which oftentimes thwart your success. So remember to look at your vision board frequently. Review Your Goals Weekly These include the Affirmations that you have or will be creating for yourself as part

of your Neural Re-Patterning and Precision Re-Patterning Process and you want to have in front of you. Weekly review them in addition to your goal list that you developed. You did create your list, didn t you? Did you know that the two ideal times to review your goal list are first thing in the morning and right before you go to sleep. Research has shown that these are the most suggestible times during the day because your mind is in an alpha state and isn t censoring what you input in your brain. Rather, it s deeply relaxed and receptive to information. Be Aware of Your Self-Talk It s important to recognize whether you use empowering statements or selfdefeating ones. Now, we can t be positive all the time and that s a good thing because we want to honor both positive and negative characteristics of our personality. We re comprised of both. It may sound strange but it s important to love all parts of you. If you resist or deny these aspects, they persist. The result is that you attract precisely what you don t want. Continue to Play 30-Second Mental Movies of Your Vision Repetition is the key! Visualize, visualize, visualize and keep those mental images of your goals active in your mind. Remember to feel with all your senses the excitement you ll experience once your dream has come true! Back to our earlier point pretend it is happening until it happens! Express Gratitude Now One way to remain positive is to appreciate all the goodness and blessings that are in your life right now. Following this approach allows greater good to enter your life, because if you recall, you create what you focus on. Focus on the Outcome You Desire Instead of thinking about how your goal will be achieved, one of the most important elements of this process is remain focused on your end result. Don t necessarily figure out the how. This doesn t mean that you do not develop a plan or sit back eating bon-bons waiting for your dream to occur. Rather listen to the guidance within, the hunches and the intuition you receive. Then take action and more action until your dream is achieved. Act As If Your Goal Has Already Happened Use this powerful technique until your goal is realized. Pretty soon, you will substitute pretending for reality! Place Affirmations All Around You Put inspiring quotes and your affirmations in your house, office and yes, even your car. This helps you to concentrate on What you Want instead of putting your time and energy complaining about what you don t want. But please don t berate yourself if you catch yourself using self-defeating, negative words. That s part of being human. Instead, catch yourself when you re in this mode and recognize that this behavior might be preventing you progress. Then act accordingly to make changes that reflect what you want. Be Patient and Persistent What, your dream didn t happen overnight?! Of course, this is normal. Just because your dream didn t occur instantaneously doesn t mean it s not going to happen. Don t

expect immediate manifestation of your goals. Some take longer than others to show up. Celebrate All Your Successes Accomplishing a small goal is worth patting yourself on the back. When you notice the little creations you have manifested, reward yourself. This builds your confidence and gives you momentum to create bigger goals. Once you gain reassurance through smaller achievements, the bigger goals seem easier and they are on your way to you as well. Keep Believing in Yourself and Never, Ever Give Up! Know that You have all you need to live your ideal life. In partnership with your Creator, the Universes, God, Infinite Intelligence, Infinite Intelligence, the Field of Infinite Potentiality, whatever you call it, you are in constant co-creation Create the life of your dreams Now! Create Your Life as a Masterpiece and Live It as a Work of Art!
