The recommended mattress size is L0 x W mm. nsure thickness of mattress does not exceed 0 mm. Refrain from using the bunk bed if any structural part is broken or missing. Please advise your children to only enter and leave the upper bunk by using the ladder. Please prohibit more that one person on the upper bunk. Please prohibit children from jumping on the upper and lower beds. WRNN: o not allow children under 6 years of age to use the upper bunk due to risk of injury and falls. STRNULTN HZR - Never attach or hang items such as ropes, strings, cords, harnesses and belts to any part of the bunk bed. WRNN: Children can become trapped between the bed and the wall. To avoid risk of serious injury the distance between the top safety barrier and the wall shall not exceed mm or shall be more than 0 mm. 6 ssembly nstructions Step 1 ssembling end panels Lay all parts flat on a soft surface on the floor to avoid damaging any of the parts. Note: dentify and correctly position end posts 1,, and by looking for the sticker label pasted on the posts. Note: etermine your preferred shelf position. Then attach the middle side rails either on the left or right. a: ttach the lower side rail 6 to end posts 1 and then secure using washers and bolts. Note: o not fully tighten bolts at this stage. b: ttach the upper side safety rail into position and secure using bolts. Note: ully tighten all bolts using allen key Q. 7 ssembly nstructions Step ttaching rails Note: etermine your preferred bunk bed entry position. Then attach the front safety rail with the entry space positioned either on the left or right. a: dentify the correct rails for assembly and with the help of an assistant attach the lower tubes of upper back safety rail, upper front safety rail and lower rail 8 to end posts using bolts, washers and nuts M. Note: o not fix bolts on lower holes of back safety rail at this stage. Locate hole on centre of lower rail 8 and make sure to position it up. o not fully tighten bolts at this stage. b: ttach the top tubes of upper back safety rail and upper front safety rail to end posts using bolts and washers. Note: o not fully tighten bolts at this stage. c: nsert plastic caps into holes on the right end posts 1 & and fix by pushing firmly as shown. a: M M M b: ption for right upper bunk entry 8 ption for right shelf position hole up M c: 1 M ption for left upper bunk entry 1 ption for left shelf position 1 1 6

8 ssembly nstructions Step ttaching back braces a: Position the back braces 0 as shown and attach it to upper back safety rail using bolts, washers and nuts M. b: ttach the back braces 0 to lower rail 8 using bolt as shown. Note: fter all bolts in step and are positioned, fully tighten all bolts and nuts using allen key Q and spanner P. M M a: b: 0 0 M 0 8 Step ssembling shelf a: ttach the shelf braces 1 to shelf side frames using bolts as shown. Note: o not fully tighten bolts at this stage. b: Position the shelf panels 18 and 1 as shown and attach it to shelf braces 1 using screws. Tighten screws using a crosshead screwdriver a: b: 1 18 Note: fter all bolts and screws are positioned, fully tighten all bolts using allen key Q

9 ssembly nstructions Step ttaching shelf Position the shelf on the bed as shown and attach the side frames to middle right side rails using bolts. Tighten bolts using allen key Q. Step 6 ttaching slats a: With the help of an assistant, line up the slats 11 onto upper rails and. Push firmly down to lock it into position. Check that they cannot be removed by slightly pulling upwards. H 11 H b: xtend the end of the webbing on the slats 11 and secure to bottom edge of side safety rails using screws H. Tighten screws using a crosshead screwdriver. a: 11 b: 11 H 8

10 ssembly nstructions Step ssembling ladder Referring to diagram, attach the ladder steps 1 to ladder side rails 1 and 1 using bolts, spring washers N, curved washers and plastic washers. Tighten all bolts using allen key Q. Note: dentify and correctly position the ladder side rails 1 and 1 by looking for the sticker labels pasted on the rails. 11 ssembly nstructions Step Securing the ladder ttach the ladder brace 1 to ladder side rail 1 and front right-hand post using bolts. Tighten bolts using allen key Q Step 1 ixing to wall This unit must be fixed to a wall. Wall L Move the bunk bed into position on the wall. Position the wall strap L to the top post of upper back safety rail to mark fixing holes on the wall. Remove the wall strap then drill holes and insert appropriate wall plugs. Reposition wall strap L and fix using appropriate screws. Warning: efore drilling, check wall for hidden pipes and cables. Consult a qualified specialist if unsure. ssembly is complete.
