Doors are produced usng selected materal, prmarly from northern hardwoods, wth prorty gven to unformty of gran and colour. Whle natural wood characterstcs vary n speces, we do not allow unacceptable mneral or colour defects. Located n Edmonton Alberta, our faclty allows us to produce large or small orders. All the speces noted can be used for sold panel doors, ncludng beadboard, wth most of them avalable n 1/4" or 3/8" plywood panels. Doors and drawer fronts are pre-sanded, although a lght sandng may be needed before stanng. Slhouette Doors are made wth the followng qualty standards: accuracy of sze wthn 1 mm. warpage or bowng wll not exceed 1 mm per foot n wdth or heght. space balls are used to allow for panel expanson.
