4 Virage OCT Spinal Fixation System Movement In A New Direction 360º Omnidirectional Extreme-Angle Screw Screw is placed in desired anatomical location All Virage System polyaxial dual-lead screws incorporate 360 Omnidirectional Extreme-Angle Screw technology, allowing for 112 of conical range of motion. This unique design simplifies rod alignment and minimizes operating time. The proprietary friction-fit screw head holds the desired rod position and facilitates rod placement, maximizing efficiency and safety during the procedure.
