17 New Development for Dollie for ToTo A recent development has been the successful trial of the ToTo Cable Tensioning Device for use with TG s or Sumo Cables. Being used at Appin with Sumo s This development removes the need to disengage the dollie from the cable- in other words it can install the cable, allow water flush and then finally tighten the cable. It also allows the use of a fast set resin, rather than the standard medium set, saving time waiting for the resin to cure before tightening

resin Characterised by Non Collapsible bulbs every 500mm down the grouted length of the SuperStrand cable. These are smaller than the top resin anchorage bulbs.

18 Jennmar- Post Groutable Cables Bowen Cable Post Groutable Cable- Grouted from the bottom up. 42mm Hole, bottom 450mm reamed out to 55mm Typically Resin Anchored with 1000mm x36mm dia. resin Characterised by Non Collapsible bulbs every 500mm down the grouted length of the SuperStrand cable. These are smaller than the top resin anchorage bulbs. The breather tube is fixed to the cable with metal ties. The bolt features a resin retention washer which can be placed at any position during manufacture, thus optimising anchorage The head assembly which includes the wedges has been completely re-designed, taking away many of the manual processes for cable sealing and grouting.

23 Jennmar Closing Comments Jennmar has a substantial armoury of Point Anchored and Post Grouted Cables At the present time the TG and Sumo cables are made in Sydney. Product is continually transported between Sydney and Paget factories. This means that at mine site, a minimum stock inventory can be kept. By having Jennmars manufacturing facility close by means that Emergency Deliveries can be made to any site within the Bowen Basin on the same day as the order is generated.
