4 WATERPROOF PAPER SHEETS This product helps create a uniform, beautiful painted surface with its recognized granulating and coating technology. The papers are exceptionally durable, and can be used for both wet and dry applications. The product has been provided with anti-alkali properties and exhibits superior polishing ability even when sanding with soapy water. 5 R-SOFT This easy-to-use waterproof paper combines flexibility and strength. It is extremely flexible, so neither the paper edge nor its folds will cause deep scratches. The product has exceptional water-resistant features, so there is minimal curling or particle loss after it becomes wet. 6 DRY PAPER SHEETS The product has an outstanding capability to prevent clogging due to its great flexibility and the use of special DS process (treated with metal soap). Its polishing durability is far superior to that of the competition. 7 FTCA This craft paper was designed to be flexible and easy to use. It also uses extremely durable dry soap (metal soap), which ensures the long use of its anticlogging capability. 8 PAPER DISCS The desorption method has been applied to all three types: Magic Tack, Dry Tack Papers, and Paper Discs. All three have been processed to prevent clogging, and the discs provide exceptional cutting performance. Select the type most suited to your use. They are also perfect for sanding work, using a double action sander or a single rotation sander. 9 AR MAGIC TACK This product demonstrates excellent sanding features due to the use of sturdy sanding material and adhesion technology. Also, the use of special anticlogging processing suppresses the sticking of sanding powder. The magic tack feature makes replacement easy. It provides the proper cushion, making sanding operations easier and more comfortable. 10 PAPER SHEETS There are two product types: those with holes for collecting debris and those without. The desorption methods include Magic Tack and Dry Tack. 11 FILM MAGIC DISCS Minerals Backing Standard Size FILM MAGIC DISCS (WRAF-DDSM) (WTCF-DDSM) AA CC Film The Film Magic provides the exceptionally uniform finish. The basic film material ensures a flat and smooth surface after sanding, and the basic paper material is more finely processed than conventional materials. The 2K type is especially suited for sanding primer/surfacercoated surfaces. 12 PAPER ROLLS All three types have been processed to prevent clogging. Use these types as a free-cut paper, either for sanding by hand or with a sander. 13 NEW TACK ROLLS P-TYPE The New Tack Roll P-Type sandpaper roll was produced to achieve ease of use. There is a cutter built into the package, making it very convenient to carry to the job site. It is also economical because it can be cut precisely to the size required. The product with glue is very easy to work with, as there s none of the bother required to peel off release paper. 14 FIBER DISCS Vulcanized fiber is used as the backing. Select the product best suited for your job from among the soft type (BAN), hard type (HCA), or standard type (FCA). This is usually attached to disc sanders and used to remove old paint, polish metal surfaces, or remove rust. 15 CLOTH BELTS These belts are exceptionally heat resistant, moisture resistant, and durable, making them perfect for continuous machine sanding. They have a wide range of applications, including sanding concave surfaces for automobile repair work and jobs not suited for grinding disc sanders. 16 HI-HI DISC This product is perfect for removing old paint, the base finishing of metal surfaces, welding beads, burrs, and removing rust. It has exceptional frictionresistant properties, and burns from sanding will not occur because of its aircooled operation. There is active regeneration which prevents clogging. 17 NON-WOVEN FABRICS Univex Sheets Univex Discs UC Discs (NUCD) Univex is a sponge grinding material in which non-woven nylon fabric is attached to the grinding material with a special bond. The Univex sheets and discs are perfect to prepare surfaces before painting, or for sanding door interiors, roof gutters, front grilles, and other convex or concave surfaces that are difficult to deal with. The UC discs are suitable for removing old paint or sanding metal surfaces for finishing. 18 UNIWOOL UNISOFT This product uses a special compound fiber that is thinner than Univex. It is excellent for preparing surfaces before painting, or for sanding door interiors, roof gutters, front grilles, and other convex or concave surfaces that are difficult to deal with. Unisoft is very easy to use because it is sponge wrapped in Uniwool. 19 KIRE KIRE SAND This is a new type of sanding material. The extremely flexible sanding material has been sliced to the perfect width and length and rounded into balls to give it a shape suited for work performed manually. It is excellent for any curved surface, or convex and concave surfaces. It is also suited for line sanding that is difficult for sandpaper, including damaged hood and trunk surfaces, door interiors, steps, and underneath bumpers. 20 PRI TOP 3000 The product is designed for pre-processing of compound slurry sanding for finishing surface painting. Its unique surface structure and composition that resembles Tetrapod suppresses clogging and enables stable usage for long periods. The backing is woven cloth, making the product soft and pliable.
