Specifications L50-JN18A 7PL50A00 The L drawer and cabinet Series: In terms of space optimization in cabinets, the Rousseau L drawer allows valuable floor space to be reclaimed and for the user to better organize their work space. With the drawer subdividing accessories available such as partitions, dividers, plastic bins, etc. you maximize use of all the space within the drawer. 8 cabinet dimensions are available and are designed for intensive use. The drawers have a 100 lb. capacity and open 100%. The cabinets are reinforced at strategic places assuring sturdiness and durability. Wheels and cart can be added to the cabinet to make them mobile. The cabinets and mobiles cabinets can be anchored side-by-side. Cabinet and drawers can be equipped with locks to secure your stored items. Rousseau L cabinets are compatible with our wide range of WS & WM workstation accessories. Combining the cabinets with accessories means that the user can customize their workstation configuration according to the type of work they are performing. Product Finish: Rousseau's powder coating system gives our products a lasting, high-quality finish. This coating has excellent resistance to corrosion and chemicals. Also, it has outstanding mechanical properties (hardness, adhesion, flexibility, resistance to abrasion and impacts). Our powder coating provides a uniform finish free from the surplus, striations, and drips that are usually found in conventional liquid-paint systems. Powder paint also enables a thicker layer to be applied compared with a standard liquid-paint system. The electrostatic application of this powder coating means that a good thickness of paint is obtained on the edges, which eliminates the sharp edges that are generally found on products fabricated from sheet metal. Our powder-painting process creates very little or no air pollution (VOC). Further, the excess powder paint created when spraying is recycled, practically eliminating all the losses usually found in liquid finishing processes. We apply between 1.5 and 4 mils paint thickness according to the color chosen. Gloss is 45 u for our semi-gloss colors and 90 u for gloss colors. 2 LA30 Cabinet Left and Right sides Back Top 20 gauge Has 2 circular knock-outs on upper housing for anchoring cabinets side-by-side or for installation of RB90 side handle. Has 2 knock-outs at bottom of the housing to install WS23 footrest. Has 2 circular knock-outs at the bottom of housing for anchoring cabinets side-by-side. Front posts are folded towards the sides of housing and spot welded in place. Posts are perforated for installation of drawer slides, shelves and doors. Assembled to the top, back and bottom by spot welding. Part folded on each side to form the back posts of the cabinet. Has 2 circular perforations at the top and 2 at the bottom for anchoring 2 cabinets back-to-back. Equipped with perforations at the top allowing for assembly and maintaining the locking guide in place. Top, bottom and side assembly by spot welding. Formed with single folds at the back and sides and a double fold on the front. Equipped with 2 circular knock-outs on the side folds for anchoring cabinets side-by-side or installing the RB90 side handle. Equipped with 2 circular knock-outs on the back fold for anchoring 2 cabinets back-to-back. 8 perforations on the top for attaching directly to under the work surface. Assembled to the back and sides by spot welding. Can be used: as a base for attaching a work surface, suspended under the work surface, installed on a cart or base for casters for mobile applications or inserted under a table top. Offered in a multitude of configurations: with LF31 drawers, LB30 doors, LB24 shelves, handles and different locking options. Locking system includes choice of lock: o L3: Customized nickel-plated aluminum lock with key. Features 1000 codes. Three types of key are available: identical keys (KA), different keys (KD) and master key system (MK). o LP: Nickel plated aluminum lock for use with padlocks of max. 8 mm rod diameter. o L50: Electronic lock in metallicgray painted aluminum with customizable combinations. Features 19 user codes and one code for supervisor of 4 to 8 characters. Three management options are available: "owner" mode with single code, supervisor + users with common code, supervisor + users with different codes. Bottom designed to also be used as a shelf. Possible to anchor cabinets sideby-side, back-to-back and stacked on top of each other. Possible to stack cabinets with the use of LA78 stacking kit. ESD options available: a grounding cord and a ground wrist strap. The width, depth and height of the dimensions are exact, which facilitates layout changes. 18'' wide housing measures exactly 18''. Can be used with Cabinet Attachment Bars RA70 to attach the cabinet under the work surface without having to remove the drawers. Allows all drawers to be locked with a single lock. "C" shaped part has perforations at every 1" c/c in height in order to lock the drawers by a transferring up and down movement from the action of the lock. Inserted in the bottom of the cabinet with the lower legs and in the locking bar guide on top. Makes a link between the lock and the locking bar to change the rotating movement to a transferring movement of the locking bar. Allows repositioning of the drawers in the cabinet without having to move or take off the locking mechansim. The lock installs on the housing without hardware or tools. 5 Locking bar guide 14 galvanized Has a crushed tip with a hole to fasten to the locking rod with a plastic clip. Has shifted folding at the other extremity. ''C" shaped part with perforations for guiding the locking bar and lock rod. Equipped with an adapter that is clipped in the locking guide and in which the locking rod is inserted. Has perforations for anchoring cabinets back-to-back even after the mechanism has been put in place. Inserted at the upper portion of the back posts on the cabinet. Has a movable tab at each end for keeping the guide in place in the perforations in the posts. aluminum lock with key. The shape of the bar matches the shape of the edges of the RF31 drawer handle. Has 2 fasteners to keep the bar in place. Fasteners are galvanized and equipped with riveted nuts. Has a reinforced fold on the side with the hinges. It is then assembled by welding it to the inside face of the door. Perforations for inserting the nylon injected handle. Equipped with two 19 gauge hinges welded to the door and to the housing with rivets. Serves as a stop for the door and the lock Has 2 hooks and is held in place with rivets. Opens 180. Has 4 perforations (at each corner) under the part in order to provide enough room for the use of a tool to assemble under a workstation. Has a 90 degree bend at the top and a series of bends at the front to form the housing posts. Has a perforation at the front on the posts in order to hook the drawer slides in and for the lock-in mechanism and individual drawer lock. Equipped with embossed sections with slots for inserting partitions and clipping dividers. Has a 7/16'' fold formed on the upper part to reinforce the panels. Has circular perforations at the bottom of the drawer to help keep partitions in place with the help of tapping screws.
