TMI provides a wide range of entry gate options for palisade and hoardings to provide both security and ease of access to your site. Access Gates are available either as a solid hoarding gate where privacy is required or our construction access gates can be supplied with mesh vision panels for added safety. The ideal boundary fence is to compliment and secure your property. Building the safest and best looking fence. Our corrugated sheet panels have been designed for use in roofs, building, fencing & cladding applications. It has been manufactured to provide a strong infill material to resist any denting at site. Standard Specification: 0.35mm BMT - Zinc coated steel 0.50mm BMT - Pre painted color steel 2.0m to 3.0m - Heights available Corrugated Fence Panel Note: BMT ( Base Metal Thickness) The panel is available in 0.5mm thickness with 1.5mm all around heavy duty galvanized frame works. It is range from 2.0m to 3.0m in height, designed with two pipe frames and two channels which facilitates the installation process with our temporary fence panels and supporting barriers. Flush Corrugated Fence The corrugated sheet panels are fabricated from 0.5mm thickness with two 1.5mm channels from top and bottom, then framed in a heavy duty galvanized frame. Dimensions range from 2.0m to 3.0m in height, but with unlimited width. 5

6 Corrugated Fencing Systems C Channel Profiles Our corrugated panels are constructed from heavy duty 1.5mm thickness steel channel framing to support the sheeting panels from movement. Fencing Coupler A strong high quality coupler is designed to secure metal fencing panel uprights together. Specifications: Product Code: FCGS510 Length : 135mm Height : 50mm Fencing Infill Panels Designed to conceal the gap between the two panels for additional privacy and security are available in galvanized or customized colors Fence Stabilizer Pipe Panel The Bracing Pipe Panel is supported on the ground by a concrete block weight to prevent overturning when exposed to wind and loads. 6

7 Temporary Fencing Systems (FCGS03) Temporary Fence Panel Temporary Expanded Metal Fence Temporary Fence Panel Our Heavy Duty Temporary Fencing Panels are designed for long life use. They incorporate an anti-climb welded mesh infill and are fully hot dip galvanized. When used in conjunction with our concrete fence feet, clamps and stays, it creates a complete temporary fencing system that is very stable and versatile. Specifications: Panel Size Frame Infill Mesh Finish : 2000mm (L) x 2400mm (H) : 32mm O.D. : 4mm horizontal, 4mm vertical 200mm x 50mm spacing : Hot Dip Galvanized Temporary Expanded Metal Fence Expanded Metal Fence was specifically created for its flexibility of use and design. Not welded or woven but formed from one continuous steel sheet, the fence system gives the strength and security steel with style. Our fence system is available in a variety of mesh profiles that are normally galvanized. Our expanded metal fencing systems are recommended for use at corporate, construction and manufacturing facilities among other general purpose fencing uses. 7

8 Crowd Control Barriers (FCGS04) ound Top Barriers Fabrication Barriers ound Top Barriers This clever design is constructed using only two tubes. One of them is a continuous tube that is bent at two points to form the top rail and the posts in one length. This has the added feature of only having two corner joints, eliminating the top corner welds, often the weakest point in traditional panel design, and hence only half the potential for joint damage. Fabrication Barriers Our Fabrication Barriers are designed for long life use. They are fully Hot Dip Galvanized after welding. This means that they will be far more weather resistant and durable, and will last much longer than other crowd barriers in the market. They incorporate a special designed locking system that is both easy to use and very secure. The Barriers are easy to handle and at the same time, strong and robust. During events and gatherings, crowd control barriers provide safety and security for patrons and the general public. They provide a quick and efficient barrier, perfect for all situations where diverting or keeping the public away from a designed area is needed. It can quickly and easily be installed without the need to disturb the surface area by digging holes or laying foundations. Sizes available upon request. 8

9 Installation Guide The panels can be rapidly assembled around a construction hazard, however care does need to be taken to ensure the panels are stabilized correctly. This erecting guide will demonstrate how to assemble the basic components and illustrate the variety of options available for fixing and stabilizing the panels Position the fence bases along with the fence line at 2m intervals, ensuring at all times that the bases are sitting on an even level surface. Lift the first fence panel into position by inserting the legs of the fence panel into the central locating holes in the fence base. Insert the remaining panels along with the fence line as noted in step two until the fence line is complete. 4 5 A further Heavy duty fencing coupler should be installed approximately 300mm down from the top of each panel joint. This should be left loose until the stabilizer is attached. emove the nut from the top heavy duty hoarding coupler and place a hoarding stabilizer. eplace the nut on the hoarding coupler and tighten to fix stabilizer in position. Attach with concrete block on the ground. 9
