8 4. PREP TOP ASSEMBLY Top Rod Assembly Installation LAY TOP ROD ON DOOR! IMPORTANT THREAD ON FULLY AND TIGHTEN MARK CLOSEST HOLE 8 of 0

9 5. INSTALL TOP ASSEMBLY Connecting Top & Bottom Rod Assemblies () Flat Head Hex Socket -4x" 9 of 0

10 6. ALIGN TOP & BOTTOM ROD PINNING HOLES Align Assembly Pin Holes PUSH GO TO STEP 7 Top Rod Bottom Rod GO TO STEP 6a OR 6b 0 of 0

11 6a. ADJUST MISALIGNED PINNING HOLES UP Adjust Plunger If Necessary PUSH Top Rod Bottom Rod 3 = 4 of 0 GO TO STEP 7

13 7. PIN THREE ASSEMBLIES () Drive Pin () Push-on Retaining Ring Insert Drive Pin INSIDE OUTSIDE 8. MOUNT DOOR TO FRAME! Do not trim door if door rubs along floor! Right Hand Door Shown 3 of 0

14 9. CHECK FOR HOLD OPEN Test Deadbolt Retraction PUSH GO TO STEP 0 3 GO BACK TO 4 of 0

15 0. ADJUST DEVICE Plunger Rotations! Device Must Be In HOLD OPEN Before Adjusting Device! Hand Tighten =! Must Rotate Exactly 3 Revolutions 3x 5 of 0

17 . ASSEMBLE CYLINDER INTO OUTSIDE TRIM Cylinder Installation 3. MOUNT OUTSIDE AND INSIDE TRIM Mount Inside and Outside Trim INSIDE OUTSIDE (4) Oval Head Phillips -4x /" 7 of 0

18 4. INSTALL TOP LATCH INTO DOOR FRAME Top Latch Installation (4) Flat Head Hex Socket /4-0x" 5. ATTACH DEADBOLT STRIKE PLATE TO FRAME Deadbolt Strike Plate Installation () Flat Head Hex Socket /4-0x" 8 of 0
