3 Important Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and nonabrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4 and 5 of this instruction manual. NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTNT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CN BE WIPED O WITH DMP CLOTH. Insert Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, I NECESSRY. 4 X X INL CM LOCK SYSTEM OPERTION HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) SSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place. 4. Plug the Cam Lock Cover into the cross slot of the Cam Lock to conceal the Cam. 6 Drawer ssembling. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. ssembly the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.. Securely screw six Cam Bolts () into the designated small holes on the Drawer ront (K) with a Phillips screwdriver. s shown.. ttach the Drawer Left and Right Side Panels (M and N) to the Drawer ront (K) by engaging four Cam Locks () (Refer to page on Cam Lock system operation supplement). Make sure that the grooves face inward and line up with each other. N M K K 4. Insert one Wood Dowel () into the end hole against the Cam Bolt hole on the Drawer Divider (O) and attach it to the Drawer ront (K) with one Cam Lock (). s shown. Make sure that you use a small amount of glue with both ends of all dowels. NOTE: It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels. 7 Drawer ssembling 5. lign and attach the Drawer Bottom Support (P) to the Drawer ront (K) with one Cam Lock () and one Wood Dowel (). s shown. N O P K M 6. Slide the Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) into the grooves between the Drawer Side Panels (M and N) until fully inserted into the Drawer ront (K). Make sure the finished surface will face up. s shown. Insert one Wood Dowel () into the end hole of the Drawer Divider (O). asten the Drawer Back Panel (L) to Drawer Side Panels (M and N), Drawer Divider (O) and Drawer Bottom Support (P) using seven 8 mm Wood Screws (0). s shown. Make sure that Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (L). Tighten all the screws with a Phillips screwdriver. 0 L 0 N N L P P K M M 0 K 8. Using the pilot holes as a guide, align and attach Left Slide Runner (DL) to Drawer Left Side Panel (M) using three mm Screws (9). Make sure that the roller end of Slide Runner faces backward. Tightly fasten with a Phillips screwdriver. 9. With the pilot holes as a guide, align and attach Right Slide Track (CR) to the Right Side Panel (B) using three mm Screws (9) through the small holes on the track and screw into place. Make sure that the roller end of Slide Track is against the front edge. Tightly fasten with a Phillips screwdriver. 4. With the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two Door Hinge Bases (6) to the Left Side Panel (), using two 5 mm Zinc Screws (8) per hinge. s shown. With the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two Metal Brackets (5) to the Vertical Partition Panel () using four mm Screws (9). s shown. Make sure the right-angle side of the Metal Brackets will point up Securely screw six Cam Bolts () into the designated small holes on the Back Panel (C) and Left ront Panel (H). s shown in the illustration. 15 ssembly Instructions 5. lign and attach Top Back Stretcher (R) to the Back Panel (C) by using three -/4 Bolts (5) with Lock Washers (6) and lat Washers (7) through the drilled holes and screw into place. s shown. Be sure the suction cup holes on the Top Back Stretcher (R) will face upward. H 5 E 6 7 R C 6. asten the Top Back Stretcher (R) to the Vertical Partition Panel () using one / Bolt (4) with the Washers (6 and 7) through the end bracket and screw into place. 7. Bolt the Top ront Stretcher (S) to the Vertical Partition Panel () using two / Bolts (4) and two Washers (6 and 7). s shown. Make sure the suction cup holes on the stretcher will face upward. 8. lign and attach the ront Crossbar (D) to the Left Side Panel () using two / Bolts (4) and two Washers (6 and 7). s shown. Make sure the end bracket will face the floor. 9. 16 ssembly Instructions 0. Stand the assembled unit upright.. asten the Back Panel (C) to the Side Panels ( and B) by engaging four Cam Locks (). s shown. B C. Extend the Hinges rms (6) and rest the hinge cups onto the cutouts of the lip-up Cover (I). s shown. Secure the Hinge rms in place by using two 5 mm Zinc Screws (4) in each.. Pick up the lip-up Cover (I) and attach the extended Hinge rms to the Hinge Bases installed on the Left Side Panel (). Loosen the lock bolt on the back of Hinge Base for an easy fit. lign and insert the U slot on Hinge rm under the lock bolt head on the back of Hinge Base. Make sure that both door hinges engage and function properly. Tighten the bolt on the hinge base to lock the hinges in place. 4. Open and close the lip-up Cover (I) to make sure it is aligned and shuts correctly. If necessary, adjust the screws for a good fit. 17 ssembly Instructions 5. Insert two Shelf Supports (4) to the inner side holes of Left Side Panel () and Vertical Partition Panel (). Then slide the Charging Station Lid (J) onto the Shelf Supports (4) making sure the drilled holes of the Shelf Supports overlap the pilot holes on the Charging Station Lid. ttach the Charging Station Lid (J) in place using two mm Wood Screws (9). s shown. Stick one Rubber Bumper () onto each Metal Bracket (5) installed on the Vertical Partition Panel () so that you can rest the lip-up Cover (I) onto the Rubber Bumpers gently. 7. 18 ssembly Instructions 8. Put six Suction Cups () firmly into the top holes of the Top Stretchers (R and S). TIP: If a suction cup resists insertion, try pressing down on the middle of the cup with the llen Wrench while twisting it clockwise into the hole. 9. Position the Glass Top (T), with the black side of glass down, onto the Suction Cups () on the Top Stretchers (R and S). Make sure the glass is properly centered. NOTE: If the glass is scratched, you can minimize the damage by using a BLCK marker and filling in scratched area from underneath. 40. To insert the assembled drawer into place, tip the front of drawer down and drop the rollers of the Drawer Slide Runners behind the rollers of Slide Tracks on the unit.
