2 Function Programming
3 Series controller applicable to: 800 II G, 800 II, 8800 II, 8800 II HP, 8850
4 These functions are to be performed after the operator is installed and initial set up has been performed verifying di iti l t d if i successful installation and calibration of the operator.
5 Remove case lid from controller and place in the service position.
6 The following functions can be programmed using the program button, which is located at the top of the controller circuit board.
7 When the program button is pressed and held a sequence of flashes of the Acknowledge LED follows at 4 4 second intervals.

14 Materials Needed 840 Receiver Desired ZAP Transmitter Either the 2416 (Internal) or the 2414 (External) antenna

24 Now release the transmitter button.
25 Up to 60 transmitter codes can be stored in memory in certain models. Repeat the programming sequence for each of the new transmitters. the programming each of the new transmitters (Each transmitter has a different operating code)

48 To achieve proper defeat of the auto close timer it is necessary to install the 850 Beeper module.

50 Refer to the installation instructions for proper fitting of the beeper module.

53 To Defeat (stop) the auto close timer from counting down for 1 cycle: Release both buttons simultaneously after the 1st beep.

55 Commercial Service Due Reminder
56 Description: A service due reminder is a standard feature incorporated into every ZAP Commercial reminder is standard incorporated into every control unit. This prompts the customer to call the installation company or the maintenance provider to initiate service on the door at regular maintenance intervals.

63 Resetting the service due reminder after door maintenance with beeper module installed: Repeat the enable sequence.
64 Disabling the service due reminder with 850 beeper installed: Press and hold the STOP push button.
65 Disabling the service due reminder with 850 beeper installed: Next, press and hold the OPEN push button as well.
66 Disabling the service due reminder with 850 beeper installed: Release both buttons simultaneously after the 3rd beep.
67 Disabling the service due reminder: Two flashes or bleeps confirm the Service Due Reminder is disabled.
