10 THE BRUCE CAMPBELL HORRORFEST Featuring the top guests in horror. Previous guests have included Bruce Campbell, Tobin Bell from Saw, Evil Dead stars Ted Raimi, Betsy Baker, Ellen Sandweiss and Theresa Tilly and other top names in the horror world. Horrorfest also features haunted attractions including Zombie Laser Tag, the Museum of Hearses and the critically acclaimed Bruce Campbell Film Festival.

11 PALLET SHIPPING 2016 All pallets must be 48 inches x 40 inches. Pallets stacked 50 inches high or less will cost $150 each, city to city. (Measured from the ground level up.) Pallets stacked 51 inches to 106 inches high will cost $300 each, city to city. (Measured from the ground level up.) If a pallet is shipped to an in-between show that you will not be exhibiting at, you are still responsible for the shipping cost. The deadline to purchase space on the truck will typically be one week prior to load-in (specific dates will be sent to you via eblast). Pallets unpaid by the deadline will not be allowed on the truck.

12 ADMISSION COMMISSION PROGRAM The Admission Commission Program is a way to advertise your presence at a Wizard World show while making some extra money! As an affiliate you will be provided with promotional graphics and a unique, trackable link for use on your company s social media platforms! Earn $5 for every Single-Day admission sold Earn $10 for every Three-Day admission sold Once the $100 commission threshold is reached, you will receive a check by mail To join the program, contact heather@wizardworld.com for the submission form. Our Online Payment System is now live for all 2016 cons and front facing 10x20 s are now permitted! The only way to take advantage of our offered discounts is to pay the required 20% or 50% booth deposit for every 2016 show you wish to partake in. Please note, only 2016 shows will be counted to determine your discount. If you will be eligible for a discount, please contact your sales person first for the appropriate discount code that you will need for the online form. When the maps are released you will be able to select your own booth at the time of payment. For now, until the maps are released, you are highly encouraged to pre-pay for as many cities as possible now so that you can be among the first to select a booth! 14 DISCOUNTS & LOYALTY PROGRAM MULTI SHOW DISCOUNT 3-5 Events in 2016 only: 10% 6-11 Events in 2016 only: 15% Events in 2016 only: 20% 17 + Events in 2016 only: 25% In order to receive a multi-event discount you must place either a 20% deposit or a 50% deposit on all events that you want to attend in If you want to add additional events throughout the year, you can enter into a new discount tier for the remaining events of the year, but the discount will not be retroactively applied, although you can count the events you previously attended in 2016 to reach the next tier. Multi-Booth Discounts Purchasing 9 or more booths at each event entitles you to an additional 10% discount. This 10% multi booth discount can be combined with the multi-event discount, however the maximum overall discount is capped at 25%. LOYALTY PROGRAM Buy ten (10) booths and get one (1) free Free booths earned are bankable Free booths earned must be used in the same category (premier in premier, retail in retail and small press in small press) Free booths must be used at a event where at least one (1) booth or any sponsorship is purchased.
