No.: NSEL/GEN/2010/045 March 16, 2010 Dear Members, Special Gold coin scheme launched by IBMA (M/s.Indian Bullion Market Association Limited) on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya Indian Bullion Market Association Ltd.(IBMA), which is the apex Bullion association of India, has launched a special scheme for the members of National Spot Exchange Ltd., (NSEL) and their clients for buying of Gold Coins on the auspicious occasion of Ackshaya Tritiya, with easy Installment facility. The unique features of the scheme are as under: 1. The Gold coins are made of international standard Swiss gold made by IBMA approved refineries. 2. The Gold coins are of 24 Carat 999 fineness of 8 and 10 grams. 3. Purity and Quality are guaranteed by IBMA approved minting lines. 4. Coins are available in tamperproof packing. 5. Prices will be most competitive compared to the price quoted by the leading banks and other agencies. Detailed features and order Booking Process, Payment Schedule, Delivery Centers and Authorization to debit settlement account format are available in the enclosed annexures. Moreover IBMA has also announced special incentive of 1% to the members on the value of the total gold coins booked by them. 2 Order Booking Process : Price Quote & Booking 1. You may book any number of coins under easy installment facility for yourself as well as your clients. 2. As the prices of Gold are fluctuating, the members intending to buy for themselves or for their clients, shall send the request order for quote in the format given in Annexure A from IBMA on the id coinsales@ibma.org.in 3. IBMA shall revert with the quote on the same mail id from which the request has come. The quote will be valid for half an hour. If the buyer wishes to purchase at the quoted price, he needs to revert within half an hour in the format given in Annexure B. IBMA thereafter shall confirm the purchased quantity and will send the booking confirmation. 4. The price reference for 8 grams can be taken from the selling price of GLIBMC8AHD but it is only an indicative price. The quote will be confirmed by IBMA on 999 fineness basis. In case of delivery of coins having 995 purity, the price will be adjusted proportionately. Payment terms 5. Book coins at current prices by just paying Rs. 5000/- or Rs. 6000/- per 8 gram / 10 grams as booking amount under intimation to the IBMA on the following id. coinsales@ibma.org.in 6. Next installment of Rs.5000 / Rs has to be paid by 25 th April, Remaining amount to be paid on delivery date i.e. on or before Akshaya Tritiya i.e. 16 th May, Sale invoice will be given on delivery date. 3 Delivery Centres 1. The delivery can be lifted at any of the following delivery centers: a. Mumbai b. Chennai c. Ahmadabad d. Hyderabad e. Kolkata f. Jaipur g. Delhi h. Cochin 2. Invoice for the delivery shall be given in the name of the buyers as indicated by the members and shall be inclusive of VAT amount. In case the buyer is a re-seller, the member should indicate the TIN Number of the person intending to buy such coins. 3

4 Annexure A Format for booking of Gold Coins I am interested in booking with IBMA no. (Quantity) of 8 / 10 gram gold coin(s) under Akshaya Tritiya Delivery scheme at (Delivery Location). Please quote the price (inclusive of VAT) based on 999 purity. Please provide me the quote for the same Name of the Firm: Membership ID Name of the Authorised Signatory 4

5 Annexure B Pursuant to my earlier mail, please confirm my booking for no. of coins of denomination (8 gram / 10 Rs. per coin as per the rate given by you. I agree to pay as follows:. Payment terms 1. Rs. 5000/- per 8 gram & Rs 6,000/- per 10 grams coin as booking amount. 2. Next Installment of Rs. 5,000/- / Rs. 6,000/- to be debited from my settlement account on 25 th April, Remaining amount to be recovered from my settlement account on delivery date i.e. on or before Akshaya Tritiya i.e. 16 th May, For the purpose of payment, I hereby authorize National Spot Exchange Ltd. to debit the amount from my/ our Settlement Account. We are also sending a separate letter by fax to NSEL for debiting our account. 5

IBMA, the seller of Gold coins shall inform the Exchange regarding my purchase obligation and request to debit my Settlement Account and credit the same to M/s.IBMA s Settlement Account. For this purpose, I authorize NSEL to debit my settlement account as per the request of IBMA and credit the same to their settlement account towards my purchase obligation of Gold Coins.
