Circ.: 115 K of C Assembly 1097 Our bulk mail permit expired 29 June Only 100 first class newsletters will be mailed off starting this month. The price for the yearly bulk mail permit has gone up to $190 plus the monthly postage will be increasing from $23 to almost $35 dollars for an average of about $50 a mailing. Sending 100 newsletters or less by first class mail and the rest by will be a big savings. Make sure to join us at the meeting, Wives are welcome; they meet in a separate room. Dress Code: Tuxedo: Black, traditional style ONLY. Western Cut, Tails, etc., ARE NOT PERMITTED. Tuxedo must include a black cummerbund and Black bow tie. SHIRT: White,1/4 inch pleads (NO RUFFLES) Shirt must have a full collar ("BAT WING" STYLE IS NOT PERMITTED this is the small, pointy collar). GLOVES: White SHOES/SOCKS: Black-Lace up, NO Western BOOTS (Ropers are Okay) SUSPENDERS: Are Optional NO VEST ARE PERMITTED NO SUNGLASSES or LAPEL PINS : only the 4th Degree Pin is permitted.
