Circ.: 115 K of C Assembly 1097 Our bulk mail permit expired 29 June Only 100 first class newsletters will be mailed off starting this month. The price for the yearly bulk mail permit has gone up to $190 plus the monthly postage will be increasing from $23 to almost $35 dollars for an average of about $50 a mailing. Sending 100 newsletters or less by first class mail and the rest by will be a big savings.
