1 North Bethesda Camera Club STAR AWARDS The accumulated Star Awards system was realigned in 2011 to accommodate our ever-changing categories. The Stars recognize photographic excellence and competitive spirit in all the Advanced categories. Star points are earned for Advanced winners in regular monthly competitions and are accumulated throughout the years of one's membership. 3 North Bethesda Camera Club TOP TEN PRINTS Judged by Cynthia Keith, Roy Sewall & Alan Sislen Last year's "in-house" print judging was so well received that we expanded it to include all 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable Mentions. Since prints should be judged on their actual print quality, as well as all the other basics, our esteemed panel of Cynthia Keith, Roy Sewall and Alan Sislen studied all the images for many hours to come up with the Top Ten Prints. There were 147 print winners this year, of which 139 were turned in for the Year-End Judging. 4 North Bethesda Camera Club TOP TEN ELECTRONIC Judged by NBCC Membership This year (thanks to Lori Ducharme) we were able to send out not only the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place electronic winners, but also all of the Honorable Mentions from the monthly competitions.
