Root Rocks, the annual adults-only party, hosted by the Aldert Root Elementary Educational Foundation, celebrates everything Root our students, our teachers and our great Root culture. This year Root Rocks is Friday, March 8 from 7:30-10:30 p.m. at Hummingbird, 1053 E. Whitaker Mill Rd. Come and dance to live music by Bruised Orange (formerly known as Old Habits), enjoy drinks and hors d oeuvres from Hummingbird, and bid on fabulous auction items. In addition to a weekend with Tesla, we ll have a trip to the Abacos, a Wrightsville beach getaway, sports tickets, jewelry, shopping sprees, fitness packages, orthodontic savings and so much more!
