3 Realizări recente IPO-uri realizate în 2017 și 2018 IPO în valoare de EUR mn IPO pe Piața Principală, derulat în perioada 24 octombrie 2 noiembrie % din acțiunile companiei au fost vândute de acționari pentru 285 mil. lei (62 mil. euro). IPO pe Piața Principală, derulat în perioada 28 aprilie 10 mai Cel mai mare IPO al unei companii private din instoria BVB, prin vânzarea a 25,6% din acțiunile companiei, pentru 944 mil. lei (207 mil. euro). IPO pe Piața Principală, derulat în perioada octombrie 2017, încheiat în mai puțin de 48 de ore, datorită unei rate de subscriere de peste 270%. 25% din acțiunile companiei au fost vândute de acționari pentru 9 mil. lei (2 mil. euro) IPO pe Piața Principală, derulat în perioada 8 9 iunie 2017, încheiat după mai puțin de 48 de ore, datorită unei rate de subscriere de peste 270%. 15% din acțiunile companiei au fost vândute de acționari pentru 5,5 mil. lei (1,2 mil. euro). IPO pe Piața Principală, încheiat cu succes prin plasarea a 49% din titluri la un pret de 19 lei pe actiune, ceea ce ridică valoarea operatiunii de piată la aproximativ RON 186 mn (EUR 40 mn). Purcari Wineries este unul dintre cei mai importanti producatori de vin din Europa Centrala si de Est, detinand patru vinarii în Republica Moldova si in Romania: Purcari, Crama Ceptura, Bostavan and Bardar si opereaza peste 1000 de hectare de podgorii. Grupul este liderul segmentului premium din Romania si are o retea de distributie care acopera peste 30 de tari din intreaga lume.
