HARTLEY OSCILLATORS (ELP ) Objective : To study the Frequency and Waveshape generated by a Hartley Oscillator. Features : Instrument comprises of 30V DC Regulated Power Supply, circuit diagram Printed & components mounted on front panel. Plank s Constant Apparatus IONIZATION POTENTIAL OF MERCURY USING THYRATRON VALVE (ELP ) Objective : To plot Forward & Reverse Characteristics of a Vacuum Photo cell & to Calculate its stopping Potential. Features : Dual range Power Supply 0-1VDC/ 0-50 VDC with one dual range voltmeter & one sensitive centre zero Galvanmeter of 25 ma movement, Photo cell mounted in wooden box having window for injecting light & also for sliding the various filters. One wooden plank with 1/2 meter scale, light source with 100 W lamp & set of filters. LCR RESONANCE APPARATUS (ELP ) Objective : To plot Frequency Vs. Current Characteristics of LCR circuit when connected in series or in parallel. Features : Instrument comprises of 3 Resistances, 3 Capacitors & 1 Inductance connected inside & connections brought out at 2 AC moving coil meters to measure voltage & current. LDR CHARACTERISTICS APPARATUS (ELP ) Objective : To plot a graph, current Vs intensity of Light at different value of voltages. Features : Instrument comprises of DC Regulated Power Supply 0-3 VDC/150mA, two round meters for voltage & current measurement, LDR mounted on the panel, connections of Supplies & LDR brought out at 4mm Lamp Holder with 60 W Bulb are given with this apparatus.

3 Basic Logic gates using discrete components (ELP ) Objective : To verify the truth table for AND gate, OR gate, NOT gate, NAND gate & NOR gate Features : Circuit diagram has been printed for 'OR', 'AND' & 'NOT' gates and components mounted on copper sheet front panel and soldered in the back side to demonstrate the working of DTL gates. NAND & NOR gates can be assembled with the combination of OR, AND & NOT gates. Also provided 2 sockets for logic '1' and 2 sockets for logic '0', one red LED for output indicator, 5V DC regulated power supply for logic '1' and logic '0' and 4 patch cords for interconnections. In logic '1' and logic '0', 2 Red LED output indicators, circuit diagram printed for 'OR', 'AND', EX-OR & 'NOT' gates. NOR gate, NAND gate & Demorgan's Theorems can be connected with the combination of OR, AND & NOT gates. Input indicators, Circuit diagram for IC 7490 engraved & connections for various inputs & outputs brought on the sockets, patch cords and instruction manual. Logic Gate Computer (II) [Bread Board Model] (ELP ) Objective : Study and verify Truth tables of Logic gates. Verification of Boolean idlentities and Demorgan's theorems. Study and verify truth tables of Digital adders and subtractors Study of flip flops and verification of their truth tables. Study of counters, shift registers and verification of their truth tables. Study of Encoders, Decoders and verification of their truth tables Study of Multiplexers, demultiplexers and verification of their truth tables Features : To regulated power supplies of 5VDC and +/- 15 VDC 10 Logic inputs with LED indicators selectable using SPDT switches 1Hz monoshot clock pulse with pulser switch, pulse Generator consists of 1 Hz. 1 KHz and 1 MHz clock pulses Breadboard is mounted on front panel to perform various experiments 10 number logic output indicators and 3 seven segment display mounted on front panel. Complete with set of IC's & connecting leads to perform various experiments. MEASUREMENT OF PEAK, AVERAGE & RMS VALUE OF A AC SIGNAL (ELP ) Features : Instrument comprises of Sine Wave Output on sockets, Step Down Transformer, Circuit Diagram for Peak & Average Value measurement Printed and connections of important points brought out at Sockets/Terminals. MOSFET CHARACTERISTICS APPARATUS WITH REGULATED POWER SUPPLIES & ROUND METERS (ELP ) Objective : To plot V 0-15 VDC/ 150mA & 0-25VDC/150 ma, three round meters for voltage & current measurement, one Mosfet no. TRF 840 mounted behind the panel, connections of Supplies, Meters & Mosfet brought out at 4mm DS versus ID for different values of VGS. Ohms Law apparatus (ELP ) To verify Ohm's law i.e. V = IR Instrument consists of Two moving coil meters to measure voltage & current, One wire wound Potentiometer, Circuit diagram Printed Connections brought on terminals for connecting 6 Volts battery & One wire wound Resistance and power supply

Features : Instrument comprises of 12V DC Regulated Power Supply, Circuit diagram Printed & components mounted on front panel. RC COUPLED TRANSISTOR AMPLIFIER (ELP ) Objective : To study Frequecy Response of Common Base Transistor Amplifier. Features : Instrument comprises of DC Regulated Power Supply, Circuit diagram is printed, components mounted on the front panel. RESISTANCES IN SERIES & PARALLEL APPARATUS (ELP ) Objective : To verify properties of Resistances when connected in series & parallel. Features : Instrument comprises of Two moving coil meters to measure voltage & current, Circuit diagram for series & parallel connections Printed & Resistances mounted on the front panel. SCR CHARACTERISTICS APPARATUS WITH REGULATED POWER SUPPLY (ELP ) Objective : To plot Anode current Vs Anode Cathode Voltage Characteristics. 5 Objective : To study the 4 Bit Adder and Subtractor using IC 7483 Features : Instrument comprises of DC Regulated Power Supply 5V/150mA, 4 Logic inputs selectable using SPDT switches, 4 output LED indicators, circuit diagram printed & connections brought out at sockets on the front panel. STUDY OF 4-1LINE (FOUR INPUT & ONE OUTPUT) (ELP ) Study of 4-1line (four input & one output) Multiplexer using AND, OR & NOT gates. Objectives : To study 4-1 line multiplexer circuit using AND, OR & NOT gates.
