The pan assemblies are exactly the same as those used in Isobar 4 Evo "A" boards. Each pan assembly is comprised of a folded sheet steel back plate incorporating a hook and bolt fixing systems, inbuilt stand offs, DIN rail, incoming and outgoing SP & DP busbar assemblies, neutral and earth terminal bars. N type pan assemblies are suitable for use in systems which include circuits where the neutral should be switched/protected, eg. Petrochemical industry, or any system where the neutral may represent a hazard. Any mix of SP and switched neutral devices can be used. The NKIT converts any outgoing way from phase to neutral and permits the use of DP devices. The pan assemblies are exactly the same as those used in Isobar 4 Evo B type boards and can be used as replacement interiors. Each pan assembly comprises fixing feet incorporating DIN rail, incoming and outgoing busbar assembly and neutral terminal bar. They can be easily and quickly incorporated into custom built enclosure systems. N pan assemblies are designed for use with SP, DP, TP and 4P C60H MCB, and are also suitable for two pole two phase equipment. The SN range of pan assemblies is designed to suit single pole applications, where switching and protection of the neutral is unnecessary. Each pan assembly is comprised of a flat steel base incorporating DIN rail, incoming and outgoing busbar assembly with neutral and earth terminal bars. Each pan assembly has black sliders on outgoing circuits and includes all components necessary for final distribution and protection of circuits, i.e steel fixing plate, DIN rail, busbar assembly, incomer assembly, neutral terminal bars, earth terminal bars, distributed neutral busbar (for switched neutral circuits) and terminal bar shrouds. Neutral conductors should always be switched where the neutral can be considered a hazard, e.g. special applications as included in BS7671 or equipment outside the equipotential zone. If two connections (i.e. two cables) are used per phase the rating is increased to 120A. Short circuit rating compatible with the breaking capacity of the MCBs fitted.
