14 Why Need Eyecom MRRU Lampsite /RRUs Bank can be seen anywhere: roof top, building floors, reason: Lampsite or RRU/RRH is Single operator, Lampsite has limited RF power 0.25watt/band RRU/RRH is proprietary to OEM BBU only: Each Operator need one set of RRU for same band, no sharing Market requires a common radio head based on digital technology Conventional Analogue technology destroys 4G performance A typical multi-band multi-operator RRU/Lampsite site; hundreds Lampsite/RRUs needed in one DAS project

21 DIGITAL Optical DAS > diodas MRRU ADVANTAGES over Analog Optical DAS With Analog Technology, the NF for each added ORU is a Log 10 function, increasing with each ORU. With diodas, the NF of one ORU in the System or 256 ORU s is essentially approximately the same 5 db The Theoretical Uplink Noise Floor of an LTE BTS is -120 db. Our diodas has an UL Noise Level of -120 db, an ignorable impact to BTS An Analog Optical System is 10db to 20 db higher. With Analog Technology there is interference generated from the DL of the 1800 MHz Band into the UL of the 2100 MHz Band (and potentially between other Bands). With Digital Technology, there is very low interference. With Analog Technology you cannot backhaul Digital WiFi or Video signals. With Analog Technology you cannot cascade 36 ORU s With Analog Technology you cannot control the Delay or have a GUI Spectrum Analyzer
