Safety precautions: 1 Before the connection, please confirm whether the input power is in the power down state. 2 Connection work, please professional electrical engineering personnel to carry on. 3 Ground terminal, please be sure to ground. 4 After the emergency stop circuit connection is completed, please be sure to check if the action is valid. 5 Inverter output line is not connected to the shell, the output line is not short circuit. 6 Please confirm whether the voltage of the AC main circuit power supply is consistent with the rated voltage of the inverter. 7 Do not carry on the voltage test to the frequency changer. 8 Please connect the brake resistance according to the wiring diagram. 1 / 26

3 9 Do not receive the power cord to the output U, V, W terminal 10 Do not access the contactor output circuit. 11 Electricity before installing protective cover. Remove the cover, please be sure to disconnect the power supply. 12 Select reset to try the function of the inverter, please do not close to the mechanical equipment, because the alarm will suddenly start again when the stop. 13 After confirming the operation signal is cut off, the alarm can be reset, and the frequency converter is likely to start suddenly. 14 Do not touch the inverter terminal, the terminal has a high voltage, very dangerous. 15 In the power, please do not change the connection and terminal assembly and disassembly. 16 Cut off the main circuit power supply, can be checked, maintenance. 17 Do not transform the inverter. 2 / 26

8 2 Frequency Setting Mode Selection The frequency setting mode of frequency converter is set by the parameter C01. C01=0, the operating frequency is set by the potentiometer or multi speed setting; C01=1, the operating frequency is set by the parameter F40. (1) C01=0, potentiometer setting: Potentiometer setting panel potentiometer or terminals of an external potentiometer, selected by the terminal in the upper left corner of the toggle switch B1 (to the left of the toggle switch), to dial selection panel potentiometer, pulled downward to the terminal of an external potentiometer. 9 3 Frequency converter start mode setting There are several ways to start the frequency converter: panel control start stop, terminal forward (FWD) reverse (REV) start, terminal rotation direction control, three wire system start and stop control. The following are introduced: panel control start and stop: (factory set to panel start stop) To use the panel to control the start and stop frequency converter, the toggle switch B2 (pictured on the right side of the switch to dial up wave). Connect 12V and ON after (must be connected to boot), press the green button on the panel to start, red button down. Note: the use of panels to control the start and stop, must be parameters CE1=6. 10 4 Motor brake (1) brake resistance brake: If the load inertia is too large, it will cause the load drive motor to generate power, which will cause the frequency converter bus voltage rise, the inverter will report dec alarm or OU fault. This situation requires the installation of brake resistance. General deceleration time required within 5 seconds of the equipment, it is recommended to install the brake resistance. Brake resistance and power according to the selection table selection. The brake resistor ends, connected to the terminal P and terminal B (regardless of direction). (2) DC pressure braking: DC braking is to apply a DC voltage to the motor, so that the motor can be quickly shut down. Step for starting DC braking: The first step: in the parameter C36 set DC brake pressure, the specific value according to the equipment adjustment. The second step: setting parameters CE3=3. 20 Check CE1, CE2, CE3 parameter settings, does not allow to set the same value 4 Run display If after the operation immediately display the fault information, first remove the motor line, and try again. If remove the motor line also show fault is the inverter fault, if no longer display fault is output line of the motor or motor internal short circuit. 5 Operating jump leakage protection switch Inverter at run time, due to the presence of higher order harmonics, motor and motor line will be the leakage current, resulting in leakage protection switch trip, which is determined by the principle of the frequency converter, is inevitable, when the jump occurs leakage fault is guaranteed, take the following measures: First: the use of leakage protection of current leakage protection of more than 200mA. Second: modify the carrier frequency, parameter C18=0, reduce leakage flow. Third: increase the AC output reactor. Fourth: as far as possible to reduce the length of the motor line, or overhead motor line. 6 Application examples (1) inverter constant pressure water supply control A: electric contact pressure gauge control (the most simple control method) The electric contact pressure gauge pressure control, only need to connect the two wires, a root from green needles, a root from black needle, respectively, then the three binding posts of the electric contact pressure gauge above 2 (some of the electric contact pressure gauge may be different). 21 the water pressure is low, the black needle is below the green needle, and the frequency converter is in an accelerating starting state. When the water pressure is high, the black needle is in the green needle. Very simple and easy to maintain. For this inverter, the debugging steps are as follows: (1)2 lines from the electric contact pressure meter, a wire connected to the 12V, the other line is connected to the CE1 (no need to distinguish between positive and negative). (2)On the right side of the wave switch B2 dial to the bottom (to participate in the P6 page), select the external terminal to start control. (3)The panel on the speed control knob up to the maximum. (4)Set the drive parameters: CE1=6, C12=80, C13=80 Automatic start up after power up. If not start, can be directly connected to the CE1 and 12V wire, to see whether or not to start, such as can not be started, the inverter is set to explain the problem. If you can start, that is the external electric contact table or line problems, can check whether the 2 wires on the electrical contacts, black needle lower than the green needle should lead, black needle is higher than the green needle should be disconnected. B:Water supply control (see P14 page for PID parameters) Use the built-in PID converter is controlled by adjusting the PID control function, pressure acquisition using pressure sensor or remote pressure gauge. Debugging steps: 1 B1 on the left side of the toggle switch dial below. (see page P6)2 The remote pressure gauge pressure signal connected to ACM, AVI, 10V. If the 2 wire pressure sensor is connected to the AVI, ACM. You can see the size of the feedback value in the parameter C59. 3If the panel is started, the right toggle switch B2 dial to the top. If the terminal start control, the right toggle switch below B2 dial. The start signal line is connected to the 12V and CE1. 4 Parameter settings: CE1=6, C12=30, C13=30d38=1,Enable PID negative feedback control; F81, used to set the size of the water pressure, the setting range is 0-100, through this parameter to adjust the height of the water pressure. Can be adjusted to 30, and then adjusted according to the actual application of high or low. 5 PID control adjustment speed: C70=2, P value parameter adjustment, the greater the P value, the faster the adjustment. 22 C71=0.2, I value parameter adjustment, the greater the I value, the slower the adjustment. Recommended (0.1-1) (2) Inverter Pid Control Debugging 1 Set PID control mode, parameter d38. D38=0, do not start PID control; D38=1, enable PID negative feedback control; D38=2, enable PID positive feedback control; 2 Set PID to a given value, parameter F81. The setting range of is F81. (can also be changed by the parameter F87 and F86 this range, also can view a given value through the parameter F38). 3 Set feedback value: The feedback value is given by the terminal AVI, which can be connected with the voltage signal and the current signal. The voltage signal is connected with the ACM, AVI and 10V. If the 2 wire pressure sensor is connected to the AVI, ACM. You can see the size of the feedback value in the parameter C59. 4 PID control adjustment speed: Through the P value parameter C70 adjustment, P value is bigger, the adjustment speed is quicker. Recommended (1-10) Through the I value parameter C71 adjustment, I value is bigger, the adjustment speed is slower. Recommended (0.1-1) 5 Start converter: The use of PID control, the left toggle switch B1 dial down (external analog). Start-up mode such as the use of panel and right toggle switch B2 dial to above, the starting method such as the use of an external terminal start, right toggle switch B2 dial below, connected to 12V and CE1 can start. (3) two kinds of speed control Equipment requirements: the use of a potentiometer knob to speed control, the use of multi speed when the reverse rotation. 1 The two toggle switches B1, B2 goes to the bottom. 2 Wiring: potentiometer 3 wire connected to the ACM, AVI, +10V, the positive transfer signal connected to the 12V and CE1, the reverse signal is connected to the CE2, 12V, while CE2 and CE3 short. 21 / 26

23 3 Parameter setting: CE1=6, CE2=7, CE3=1, C37=10 (reverse running speed 10HZ) (4)Point Motion Control Need to point to the control of the device, you can use the multi speed control. The right toggle switch below B2 dial. Connection: the positive transfer signal is connected to 12V and CE1, while CE1 and CE3 are short connected. Parameter settings: CE1=6, CE3=1, C37=10 (point moving speed 10HZ) (5) Low Speed Operation (torque is not enough) Parameter setting C14=2, then adjust the parameter C16, ascending gradually adjusted, not to regulate the, regulated may report OC overcurrent fault.
