Series features custom designed, heavy-duty, low frequency drivers with oversize motors and large voice coils. Their articulate frequency response is achieved with high-frequency compression drivers and titanium diaphragms, built-in active crossover and multi-band dynamics processing. OPERATION The Live! Series uses Samson s exclusive Optimax circuitry to divide audio into two separate bands and apply an independent compressor/limiter to each. The result is maximum volume level without distortion or clipping. For increased reliability, the power amplifi ers all feature large heat sinks and massive power transformers that will sustain high volume levels while successfully protecting the speakers. DURABILITY The highest quality plywood is used to construct the Live! cabinets with extensive bracing and dado joints for a cabinet that is lightweight but durable. A heavy-grade steel grill, recessed cabinet handles and durable carpet covering offer excellent protection against wear and tear during transport.
