2 This addendum is being issued to extend the bid due date, revise the specifications, clarify logo sizing, provide answers to additional questions received, provide a listing of products submitted for considerations as equivalents, provide a list of products that have been deemed as equivalents and thus are authorized to be bid. There is a 8 pleat on the back of the short sleeve and long sleeve work shirt. If you spread it out to make the logo smooth the material will bunch up above the logo once completed. We could sew over the pleat starting at 4 down so the logo is in the middle of the back, but you will still have warping through the logo due to sewing over the rest of the 8 pleat. If we sew below the 8 pleat you will be tucking the logo into pants then. How would like the back logo to be sewn on all of the pleated shirts or do you even want a logo on the back of the pleated shirts? SAWS will work with the selected vendor to determine the appropriate placing of the logo on the back of the pleated shirts. 2. On the pricing schedule you have the adder column for the back logo because the front logo is a given on all garments to be priced on the first column price. Is the adder column supposed to include the shirt price as well or just the back logo price by itself? Only include the price of the embroidery in the adder column.
