TPCA Show allows for joint exhibiting provided that exhibits from each of the Exhibitors are related to one another. 2. Joint Exhbitors will each get a booth number and will appear separately on promotional materials. 3. Qualifications: three exhibitors or less with a total of at least 20 booths. 4. Joint Exhibitors will be charged an additional fee of 5% of total booth fee for publicity cost. 5. Exhibitors wishing to participate jointly must apply separately, and the qualification for joint exhibiting will be determined by TPCA's Exhibition Committee. 6. Booth allocation 6.. New Product Introduction Sessions (TWD 5,250/session) TPCA Show will provide the location and facility for exhibitors to hold presentations of their new products and technologies to the professional visitors. The Organizer will also promote the NPI sessions before and during the Show to strengthen the exhibitors' exposure and brand identity. 2. Advertisement on PCB Shop PCB Shop is the PCB industry sourcing publication with the largest circulation in the Greater China region. Show Advertisement Sponsorships The Organizer is offering sponsored spaces at various indoor and outdoor spots during the Show to maximize your marketing potentials.. Green DNA Booth Contest As a certified eco-friendly trade show, TPCA Show encourages exhibitors to construct booths with the least environmental impact possible. Origin The Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA) organizes the Green Decoration ieco Design Competition to encourage exhibiters and decoration contractors to make more eco-friendly innovative design methods, so as to realize the green exhibition focus and extend the green DNA to the PCB industry. News Releases The Organizer is cooperating with several commercial and industrial newspapers and online media to publish news releases for exhibitors. We await your submissions! 4. Invitations The Organizer not only sends invitations to past visitors of TPCA Show and other potential clients, we also provide each exhibitor with an unlimited number of invitations upon request. Invite all of your target clients to the venue! 5. VIP Invitations VIP invitations will be handed out to management-level visitors and other significant figures of the industry. VIP-specific services will be available at the Show. 6. Electronic Flyers For convenience and environmental friendliness, TPCA Show provides electronic promotional flyers for exhibitors to distribute as invitations to their clients and potential clients. 6

8 4. Security Issues. During the Show (including Move-in and Move-out), the Organizer will have entry and exit controls at the show ground. However, exhibitors should assign staff to take care of their own exhibits and booth materials, and should hire security guards for valuable goods. The Organizer is not responsible for any losses or damages. 2. Exhibitors should purchase fire, threat, water and other applicable insurances (including natural disasters insurance) for their exhibits or booth materials throughout the Show. The Organizer will not take financial responsibilities for exhibits or booth materials lost or damaged during the Show. 3. In the event that exhibits and other booth materials causes injury or death to any person during the Show (including move-in and dismantling) due to erroneous operation, maintenance or directions, the Exhibitor causing the casualty shall take full financial and legal responsibilities. 5. Cancellation of Event If the Show is cancelled due to unforeseen reasons such as earthquakes, typhoons, epidemics, fire or flood, the Organizer's corresponding actions will be decided by TPCA's Exhibition Committee. 6.
